02-20-2008 Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse!!!
Experience for yourself this magnetically energy enhanced time for making those much needed positive changes in your own life, and that of everyone around you.
On February 20th 2008 at 8:43 EST the lunar eclipse begins and goes total at 10:00 EST. Totality will last 52 minutes. The next total lunar eclipse will be December 2010.
Many ancient cultures regarded eclipses as a great time to do “magick” or aspire towards a positively empowered great change.
What is even more “special” about this lunar eclipse is that it occurs on the FULL MOON, which ancient people also regarded as a more “magical” time when abilities were at their peak to bring about goals that they had have worked toward and desired.
It was all part of their natural way of living in harmony with their world around them.
What’s really very interesting is that in our time/culture we are led to believe that full moon concept is pure “werewolf” nonsense .
People in service oriented professions like hospital workers, police, rescue workers, etc. all are very aware of the potential for “lunacy” or increased agitated, aggressive, harmful, criminal and other negative behaviors.
Lunar comes - from Late Latin lunaticus, from Latin luna; from the belief that lunacy fluctuated with the phases of the moon (14th century).
Think of this from a simple scientific perception…our human bodies are 70 % water…and if the Full Moon can pull even the OCEAN”S TIDES up to their highest point…how can we doubt it’s magnetic pull on us???
So think of it like this…also a basic simple law of physics…energy attracts like energy…so if, you’re already feeling a little down or angry…and the magnetic pull of the Moon magnifies that energy even more and you’re projecting it outward to other people who are already at their “magnified” worst…it’s easy to see how situations escalate out of control on full moons…in a very natural way.
Therefore…I propose this…on Feb. 20th 2008 at 8:43 EST – 10:00 EST till 10:52 pm EST during the FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE, this powerfully, magnetic time of increased ability for change…according to both science and ancient beliefs…that YOU practice your own powerful magnetic increased ability to effect positive change to your world and your world around you.
