“A Super Healthy Alternative to Frying”

So you like crisp fried food… but you know it’s not healthy… here is a super healthy alternative that is really easy to use.

I have to say, I love French Fries but all that fat is really not good for a person at all. So I decided to try an Air Fryer and boy was I delighted. Air fryers are like air poppers for popcorn… and they use air that is circulating really fast at high temperatures to fry food without using any oil at all.

Fat-Free Frying - As I said, I love French Fries but all that fat is a turn-off and it clogs arteries and leads to obesity. But I’ve found that using an Air Fryer I can make French Fries without any oil at all. I set my air fryer to 400-degrees and set the timer to 20-minutes and pop in the freshly made fries. And then wait ten minutes and then open the fryer and take them out and place them on a plate and move them around to get more surfaces exposed. And then pour them back into the fryer for another 10 minutes until they are nice and crispy and tasty.

Make Healthy Chips - If you like potato chips but don’t like all that oil then make your own at home with an Air Fryer. It’s simple and easy to do and they are fat-free and super fresh. Another thing I love making are plantain chips and they are super tasty. They can be made from green plantains or ripe plantains and they are really great. Plus potato chips and kale chips are amazing using an Air Fryer.

Great for Muffins - If you enjoy muffins with a little bit of crisp on the top and sides then putting them in an Air Fryer is exactly what you want. And if you use a fat-free recipe you can have a super healthy muffin that will do your body good. And there are thousands of fat and gluten free muffin recipes that can be found online.

Crisp Fried Veggies - I love to take veggies of all kinds and make a tempura batter and dip the veggies in the batter and air fry them. They come out great and they are super healthy.

No Oil Needed - The recipe books that come with the Air Fryers most of the time say to add a little bit of oil. But I have found that no oil at all is needed if you just double the time for the recipe… it’s that simple.

Easy to Clean - Air Fryers are so simple to clean, they have an inner basket and outer basin and I find that just brushing them out with a little soapy water and rinsing everything works great… only takes 5 minutes or less.

Fast Cooking Times - Compared to lots of other cooking methods Air Frying is so much faster. Just pop your food into the Air Fryer for 10 to 20 minutes and you are done… nothing simpler than that.

Does Not Heat Up the House - Another thing I like about Air Fryers is that they don’t heat up the house like turning on the oven and other appliances.

Other Uses - Air Fryers can also be used for baking, roasting, and grilling.

Small or Large Air Fryers - I have been shopping around and I have found that you can find very small Air Fryers for one person… and very large fryers for families and they all work the same way. You can find Air Fryers from 2 quarts up to 16 quarts if you have a large family.

Finding - You can find Air Fryers are your JC Pennies Store, Macy’s, Bed Bath and Beyond, Amazon, eBay, and many more places online.

Price - Depending on the size you can find Air Fryers from $50 to $150.

I love my Air Fryer… Give it a Try
