Just as a computer has only so much memory to store information so it is within the human being. Hence, it behooves us to periodically go in and do self maintenance on our own memory space. And how do we do this? By allowing ourselves to purge all old, negative, hurtful remembrances, feeling and sentiments. In doing so, we free ourselves up for the pure consciousness of the universe that is in us and around us to fill us, empower us and keep us healthy. These 3 tips are sure to help you do that.

Tip #1 Love yourself
Do something each day to make you smile: Go to the park, sit by a tree, play classical music.

Tip #2 Forgiveness
To really forgive, you perform the act of giving-for. You get something out of it. Accepting a circumstance without negative emotional feelings attached.
Is there anyone you need to forgive in your life?

Tip #3 Thankfulness in all instances of life.
To say thank you or to be thankful in all instances presented to us opens the door to transformation and to new positive experiences waiting around the corner.

When we remember to love ourselves, lose our ego and remember what pain implies if it shows us (Pain stands for Please Allow Inner Nurturing), you will be sure to have a healthy spring.

Author's Bio

Antonio Silva is a medical intuitive, healer, and psychic with more than thirty years of professional experience in these areas. Antonio was born on April 25, 1954 in Providence, Rhode Island. Through vivid dreams and daytime visions as a young boy, Antonio became aware that he was in possession of a special sight and powerful healing gifts. Laying his hands on family members who were in pain, he would hear from them that their pain disappeared within a minute or two of his touch. Antonio likewise could see past, present, and future events surrounding individuals.

Wishing to meld his natural healing abilities with official medical training, Antonio entered the U.S. Army as a paramedic and Emergency Medical Technician, serving overseas for two years before returning to Rhode Island to work as a nursing assistant and orderly in several New England hospitals. With self-study and the guidance of several spiritual mentors, Antonio's gifts unfolded to phenomenal heights, including the ability to heal from thousands of miles away by phone. He established his own practice, Antonio's Healing Hands, in order to reach as many people in need as possible.

Antonio resides in Boulder, Colorado where he treats clients both in person and by phone.
Antonio's website is www.antonioshealinghands.com.
He can be reached by email at: healer03@aol.com
