“More and More Athletes are Eating Plant-Based Diets”

Right now we have thousands of scientific studies showing that eating any kind of animal product creates a toxin in our bodies and that toxin creates inflammation which leads to heart attacks, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, strokes, cancer, arthritis, and much more. And we also have lots of people who are top athletes who are amazing in their field who are now eating a plant-based diets.

David Carter - NFL Line Backer - Here is a 300-pound defensive end for the NFL. He didn’t even like the idea of being a vegan and thought it was for wimps. But he had nerve damage and high blood pressure and was taking lots of medications. And he watched the movie “Forks Over Knives” about health and decided to change his life. Now he is super healthy and doing great.

Richard Roll - Ultra Ironman Runner - Richard had poor health in his younger years and decided to change his life and eat lots of raw organic food and go on a whole-foods plant-based diet. Now Richard is one of a few Ultra Ironman Competitors who runs 5 Ironman races in 5 days. -Wow!

We now know that we can get rid of all the inflammation that most people have to endure. In fact, I will be 64 this coming month and I don’t have any inflammation of any kind in my body. In this day and age, we don’t have to endure all the hardships of disease like we used too. We have the answers to lots of the most common diseases. In fact, if you watch the movie “Plant Pure Nation” where they went into small towns in Kentucky and gave people 3 plant-based meals daily. And low and behold their 300 cholesterol dropped to 131, their blood pressure of 200 over 180 dropped to normal and their blood sugar became normal. In fact, some people who were taking insulin and medications for diabetes became completely healthy in 30 days.
