Welcome to Week 3- Overcoming Obstacles –

Overcoming Obstacles Featured imageDuring this week we are going to have a look at removing obstacles that may prevent or delay your success

So Why Do this?

Well I am hoping that during this process that you will trust me. Your diet and your level of activity are the two foundations for obtaining the benefits of living your life of Optimal Health. Any health issues that you may well be concerned about will be corrected with healthy, fresh food choices and exercise. Any other type of natural support is just that a support, but these two components are the very core and basis for your obtaining and maintaining Optimal Health and Vitality

I am hoping with the preparations that you are putting into place each 7 days, will give you the desire and determination to follow through and continue with this great way of fuelling and energizing your body.

If for any reason you have missed week 1 and 2:

Here they are for you> Week 1- Initial Steps to Re Energize and Revitalize You – Where we are working together to help you to be prepared

My key desire is to teach you that it’s not your food that is causing you to feel unhappy with how you feel and your body image. But it is in the types of foods and how your brain and your thinking can help you to feel better about yourself, have more energy and be healthy. By increasing together with implementing habits of exercise and increase activity this will work hand in hand with your improved dietary changes to improve your level of energy and vitality.

It’s about taking charge of what is going on in your life, changing negative thought patterns that no longer serve you well. My aim is to support you to get your life back to a level of Health, Happiness and Vitality.

I want to help you to come to a level of health you deserve: Become more organized: Happy, Peaceful and Fulfilled.

I have put a lot of work and experience into designing this program because I want you to be able to live the best life possible.

Will I have enough to “Eat”?

We have been led to believe that we need three large meals a day, which in fact isn’t necessarily true. We have also fallen into the habit of eating because we think we have to, instead of because we are hungry. Bad habits such as eating foods and snacks that are heavily processed with large amounts of sugar, salt and unhealthy fats. Not to mention the increase in soft drink and fruit juice consumption. This has led to a huge increase in diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and cancer.

There will be enough food in fact many of my clients have found the abundance of food sometimes a little too much. So adjust this to suite you. As you are increasing your daily exercise activity you will become hungrier so stick to your healthy snacks and not foods that are empty of fresh nutrients or processed snacks.

Anything new that we put into place takes time, results aren’t always as we might hope immediately and we may well take small slide steps back, that is where the regular support from me will help you to stay on track.

I am sure you will find things that you can pull apart and something that somewhere on the net will disagree with. I keep up to date with all the latest, factual research so as to give you the most accurate information possible. However, I also encourage you to do your own research and if there is something that isn’t right for you then change it.

These are recommendation, the important thing here is balance, keeping well hydrated drinking 2 – 3 litres of filtered water per day and replacing your daily food intake with Fresh Foods and minimal processed foods. I want to put you in the driving seat of your health and your life.

Next week we are ‘Going into Loving Your Body’

Whether Man, Woman or Child it is so ‘Important’

To Love the Body you have been given, this giving you the inner, Core Desire to Care for it

As you would with anything that is Truly Special to You
