The first way human growth hormone was administered was via injection. From corpses hgh was extracted and used to increase the height of small children. However, people began to realize that not only did hgh help small children, but the elderly as well. It apparently was giving them a better quality of life, as they felt younger, healthier, and more active once they began supplementing with hgh.

After that, middle aged adults soon found out that they too could benefit from this substance. By returning their hgh levels to that of their youth, they were effectively slowing down the aging process. This radical discovery is the basis for the wave of hgh products.

Injectable hgh is the FDA approved, extremely expensive form. It can cost up to $20,000 per year for constant use of injectable hgh. That is a hefty investment that most cannot afford. Let's take a look at the pros and cons of the three main forms of HGH products: injectable, spray, and pill form.

Injectable HGH Product Pros:

- Most effective form

- Rapid benefits to most users

Cons:

- Can have a wide range of significant side effects, much more that the other forms

- Is extremely expensive for the normal person

Spray HGH Product Pros:

- Rapidly enters blood stream which means quick and full absorption

- Much easier to administer than injectable hgh

- Much cheaper than injectable hgh. A year's supply may only cost $600 instead of $3,000-$20,000.

Cons:

- Some brands have a bad taste to them

- Takes longer to see benefits than injectable hgh, which means you need to continually take it

- You might not see benefits from short term use

Pill HGH Product Pros:

- Easiest form to administer

- Often very cheap

Cons:

- Stomach acids may cause much of the pill's benefits to not be utilized due to lack of absorption

- Some may not have actual hgh ingredients

- Scams are more prevalent from companies offering hgh in pill form.

These guidelines should help you choose the human growth hormone product that is best for you.
