The buzz words; consciousness, ascension, evolution; of our emotions and our awareness...CHOP WOOD, CARRY WATER. I am a conscious empath and started my journey through psychic and intuitive development. So, for me...my journey has a more intuitive approach for understanding the patterns of life and what it means to me, to have this kind of awareness. Prior to the start of this journey, I went in for counseling...found a very good counselor that taught me about family dynamics, boundaries and the art of listening. Little did I know, that this would be my foundation for what was to come into my life, shortly, thereafter. Little did I know, that my path was beginning to unfold and because I am so empathic in feelings and emotions, each step I took, would be an internal guidance system, within me, always guiding me to the next step.
Trust me, I logically did not plan it this way. I had been doing my round with reading at the psychic fairs, teaching psychic development and teaching the tarot. I wanted to follow this path, the same way it appeared to be happening for others. "Appeared" being the key word. By the time I stepped onto the psychic realm, I was clear, at least at the level I was at, to begin this psychic journey. As shared in other articles, I learned as much as I could absorb and taught everything I learned. I was my happiest when I was sharing this energy. It wasn't long before I noticed, at least intuitively, that I wasn't always producing the "norm" in psychic awareness. As my path unfolded, I found that my intuition was taking on a note of "how did you feel"? Of course, this was a natural approach. I was just being me. 6 or 7 years onto my path, I was starting to experience a tremendous amount of emotional friction and upheaval. As I had already had a strong foundation with a good family counselor and a strong foundation in learning and teaching psychic development, I soon discovered, that the emotional friction was an indication that I was moving to another level of awareness. As I type these words, I realize that it sounds simple, however...it was not! My empathic intuition began guiding me into clearing emotional imprinting, on a very deep level. Did I say deep level? VERY, VERY DEEP LEVEL.
I started reading up on emotions and feelings. I began using the tarots' wisdom in a very different way. I found that looking for normal answers would not relieve the friciton...however, when I went for a more spiritual approach as to the purpose of the experience, I soon noticed that the emotional friction would ease. It took awhile for me to notice and logically understand this new pattern of awareness. And then the understanding began to take root and click into a solid foundation, a new approach for healing. Of course, not to be forgotten, I finally started coming across "reading" material that would confirm, what my soul was already guiding me to do. My psychic and intuitive abilities, along with my empathic abilities would soon teach me how to act as a bridge and a guide, to teach and assist others in clearing through their emotional imprinting, so that each individual would be able to access the wisdom and knowing, within their own soul.
Consciousness, Ascension and Evolution has truly turned in a CHOP WOOD, CARRY WATER experience for me. It meaans, for me that I still have to do laundry, or go grocery shopping and make the beds or wash the dishes or clean the bathroom, however...it also means that because this has been such a natural integration for me, my approach to "arguing on a human level" is even different. Oh, there are times, I would rather forget, quickly that I have any kind of knowledge, that was painstakingly integrated into every moment of every day and forget and argue as a crazy woman, having a cat fight...and yet, it goes against my natural grain, my natural order of things inside of me. When I finally feel what is at hand, it becomes a quick rundown for me that it won't work, it won't solve anything and my energy will just add more fuel to the fire...is it worth in the end? An emphatic NO. So, I take my years of training...(I am 50, half of my life has been consciously dedicated to figuring out how to be a better person, a better human)and take a deep breath and allow my guidance system to bring me into my awareness.
In order for this evolution to take place naturally, it is so important that we understand what pushes at and causes that internal emotional friciton. The friction is just there to give you a heads up that something is most definitely up.
It takes time and courage to do something new and step out of the old way of doing it. As this process is not a quick fix, however, the long term results are more longer lasting and will finally bring you to a calm state of mind...a moment to take a deep breath and just relax...god knows, we need those moments. On a side note, keep in mind that the experience may not disappear, but having a more relaxed state of mind, will allow you to handle the experience from a better place of awareness. Think of it this way; if we can generate enough emotionally clear moments, we may be able to generate sustainable energy, that will allow our emotional state, to live a better state of mind...kind of a play on words...you get it!
So, take a chance...learn something about yourself, even if it is something that you think you don't like and breathe it into your heart, you might be surprised for what you find there. It is time to clear and heal the imprinting of our past and the only way to do it, is by bringing heart centered awareness and journey back, into our emotional timelines...our emotions are the key and the bridge back to our spirits.
This is our time now...we are ready to heal the tapestry of life, one breath...one step at a time...our peace of heaven back on earth.
