Do not live in the past. We all have our mistakes to deal with. We cannot rewrite it but we can ignore it and decide to move on. Pick up yourself from the vicious cycle of the past and empower your life to the brim. Do not justify the past by making excuses. Accept past mistakes but do not be consumed by them. Entrust to God everything. Grant Him to work in you, hoping in the thought that He will totally erase the past. Let go. Have fun. Be unaffected. Never allow the past to destroy your future.

Being Inspired.

Bear in mind that your thoughts effect your emotions. Captivate your thoughts and sift them into positive tools to become a winner. Refrain from criticizing yourself, rather, take the time to reinforce yourself that you made the right choice. Do not create excuses for your actions, but instead be steadfast on the change you need comes from the innermost of yourself. Be responsible, accept and love yourself. Feel good about your accomplishments.

Never go back to that monstrous pattern of worrying during mealtime. This is disrespect to the Lord. If you are in a predicament that you must settle, make a note on paper and leave it behind for awhile. Never try to address issues before eating. The moment you have committed, refrain from worrying and be constructive. If things remain as they are, submit everything to God. Nothing can be hidden from the Lord. He can see your heart, your desires and longings. The Lord knows our capabilities. Always ask for wisdom for you to be able to understand your predicament.

Anticipate the future objectively. You are a changed being. Your mind is no longer stuffed with counterproductive thoughts, but instead, it is refilled with renewed and brand new assuring thoughts that you are a changed creation. Make a new list of your plans and goals. Make a list of positive statements to build your confidence. Joy and serenity will no longer be easily captured from you because it is in your heart. It is your choice to be joyful and at peace.
