Do you know the Secret of Emotional Freedom?
It may be at the tip of your fingers!

Science tells us that we use only a very small percentage of our brains’ available resources. And the part we do use is cluttered with disempowering, self-defeating thoughts about ourselves and others.
New discoveries now allow rapid freedom from the effects of these self-defeating thoughts, as well as freedom from anger, fear, depression, stress and more. By using a series of simple “tapping” movements you can easily free yourself of these negative behavior patterns by accessing the parts of your brain where the stress and negative self-talk are stored. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a powerful tool that quickly dissolves emotional distress. It is an easy and safe way to help you find the peace and happiness you desire in your life. The tapping triggers a unique combination of energy releasing activity. Anyone can do it and it works amazing well with children.
EFT is based on the same energy methods used in traditional acupuncture, but without the invasiveness of needles. Developed by Gary Craig, from the original work of Dr. Roger Callahan, EFT helps you gain access to your subconscious mind safely, easily and rapidly. Most people report an easing of stress-producing emotions like anxiety, fear, anger, even addictive craving after just one or two sessions. EFT involves a simple process of tapping on stress-relief points on the body and face. You can easily “tap away” the negative emotional charge you currently have on past or present occurrences in your life.
Are you aware that certain types of situations almost always tend to upset you? Even when you promise yourself that, “This time it’s not going to upset me!” It’s as if we have “emotional wiring” programmed into us from prior experiences. EFT helps us “rewire” these emotional behavior patterns, so that we are no longer triggered in painful ways.
People “tune in” to their emotional issue while stimulating stress relief points by tapping on them with their fingertips. This provides a “balancing effect” that replaces emotional distress with a form of peace of mind. The speed and effectiveness of EFT is the result of treating the problem at its source. EFT corrects the imbalanced energy by shifting this emotional imbalance from the negative to the positive.
Parents: Here’s a little something to try with your young children. When you are tucking them into bed at night, say to them, “Tell me about your day.” And as they tell you, take their hand in yours and gently tap (with your fingertips) on the outside edge of their hand, just up from the little finger. Ask them about good (happy) things that happened to them that day and also about the bad (scary, hurtful, etc.) occurrences. As they relate their day just hold their hand and tap gently on it. Before long you will see their facial expression change to one of relaxation. They may sigh or yawn both of which are signs that they are releasing the stress of their day. Do this every evening and watch the positive changes that occur in their behavior.
EFT gives you the opportunity to change and restructure negative emotions. It is now easier that ever before to be really free of our emotional baggage. Is it time for you to unpack your bags?
