1. Eat More Of The Right Foods...And Don’t Starve Yourself
Many people think they have to starve themselves to lose weight fast. Don’t fall into that trap. Starving yourself is counterproductive to weight loss.
When you starve your body, two negative things happen:
<> Your metabolism slows down. This is bad because you need a faster metabolism to burn calories.
<> You also starve your muscles. This is bad because you need firm muscles to burn calories.
So rather than starving yourself, eat the right foods, but make them “negative calorie” (foods that take more calories to burn than they supply), metabolism-boosting, and fat-burning foods.”
A few fat-burning foods are apples, apple cider vinegar, cucumber, beans, tomatoes, cabbage and oatmeal. A few metabolism-boosting foods are wild rice, brown rice, oats, fruits and vegetables. And don’t forget your lean protein to keep your muscles strong so they can burn those calories faster.
Eat more of the above foods and avoid high-calorie foods, and you will be well on your way to fast weight loss.
2. Speed Up Calorie-Burning Through Exercise
This is a simple principle. If the calories you take in are less than the calories you burn, you will lose weight. You take in fewer calories by eating the right foods and you burn more calories through exercise.
So get on and keep up a regular regime of muscle-firming, calorie-burning exercises along with eating plenty of the right foods, and off comes the weight.
3. Drink Plenty Of Water
You need good pure water to keep your body functioning properly. You’ve heard it plenty of times, but I will say it again, “Drink at least 8 full glasses of water a day.”
This will keep you healthy and hydrated for better body function and weight loss. Oh, and if you want to add a little more calorie-burning power to your water drinking, drink it cold. Your body actually uses more calories to ingest cold water than it does to ingest warm.
So there you have it. Eat more of the right foods and stay away from the bad ones, get plenty of exercise, and drink plenty of water.
