What do I mean by third party validation? Well, in the MLM business, this is extremely important and it's used as a means of confirming to your prospect that not only are you genuine, but the business opportunity is also genuine.

Look at the prospects point-of-view. They've only just met you; they don't know you so why would they want to get into business with you. That is a pretty valid argument don't you think?

You know you're on the level but do not get into the habit of forcing it down your prospect's throat. They'll head for the hills quicker than you can say network marketing!

Then the pysche starts to play tricks with their minds and as they are going through the prospecting stage and looking at early information, negative thoughts begin to enter their minds such as looking for cracks in the wall of the opportunity so it will give them an excuse not to go all the way to the sign-up stage.

This is where you had better be able to validate your opportunity all you'll more than likely lose them. Document your own successes along the way as proof that what you are doing is taking you closer to your dreams.

Testimonials are always great. If you are new and haven't had success yet then find someone in your upline who has. But be extra careful not to overwhelm the prospect with massive success stories.
