Lifelong Health Begins in Childhood. Making healthy lifestyle choices for our children is essential for long-term optimal health and learning.

Are our kids eating right??

Most children do not meet all dietary recommendations and no longer get enough vitamins, minerals & essential fatty acids in their diets. Children eat too much fat, sugar, processed and fried foods that are nutritionally empty and can be addictive.

Did you know?

Chronic degenerative diseases are not diseases of old age, they originate in childhood
· Our children are developing Type 2 diabetes (adult onset diabetes).
· A lack of Essential Fatty Acids has been linked to mental deficiencies, ADHD and other learning & behavioral problems.
· Cancer has become the leading cause of death in children.
· Asthma rates have increased. · Osteoporosis is linked to poor nutrition in the early years.

What can we do to protect our children?

Nutritious food, that includes generous amounts of organic fruits and vegetables, exercise and hydration are imperative but in today’s environment is that enough?? The simple answer is: No

Children now have to cope with life in a toxic world. Even if they were eating a perfect diet they can no longer get what they need for optimum health from food alone. Their need for essential nutrients is greater than ever before and higher levels of these nutrients are necessary to combat oxidative stress caused by the free radicals in our foods and environment.

Prevention is the Key!

Numerous clinical studies reveal that children who take nutritional supplements show a significant increase in academic intelligence and had fewer behavioral problems.
By including a high quality nutritional supplement formulated especially for children we can:
· Nutrient their bodies now for optimal development and long term health
· Nutrient their brain for optimal learning and behavior
· Build a strong immune system · Feel confident that our children are getting the essential nutrients & health protection they need (alongside a healthy diet & lifestyle)

For Supplements to be effective you need:
* A high quality product (look for a Potency guarantee on the label)
* Balanced formulations that are manufactured to pharmaceutical standards
(so you have a guarantee that what’s on the label is what you get).
* Bio-available products that is able to be fully utilized by the body cells
* Disintegration guaranteed (liquid in the stomach in 30 mins)

Research Scientist, Lyle MacWilliam has written a” Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements” (Over 1500 supplements scientifically analyzed). Well worth a read if you need clarification on the most effective supplement to use. USANA is #1 Nutritional Supplement in study of over 1500!
