Metaphysics, Human Evolution and Consciousness...what a mouthful and what a life changing experience. I began my metaphysical journey back in the early 80's. Loved all things and movies magical. Believed that teleportation was the correct way to travel from one destination to another. Believed that you could snap your fingers, twinkle your nose or blink your eyes and your intention would manifest, instantly. So, ok...I think I am ahead of my time, just a wee bit...
I had always loved movies like "The Bishops Wife, It's a Wonderful life...you get the picture". The angel comes to earth to inspire human life. So, in the early 80's when I began my journey into psychic development, I was thrilled...a kid in a toy store. I found when I did readings for people, tuning in was such an awesome experience...it was magical, to say the least. I had a wonderful opportunity teaching, learning and reading at the psychic fairs. Absolutely loved it. And then one day, a student of mine, asked a question about God and Heaven, mind you this next experience was during a class that I was teaching. Well...I was blown away...I had felt something that I had never either felt before, or possibly noticed. I had this teacher, in my minds eye answering my students question. Of course, the voice was mine...but trust me, I couldn't have answered the question on my own. I was way out of my league from knowing the answer on a human level.
Everyone in the class noticed the difference in the energy. Thankfully, I had contacts with "human teachers" that were older than me and already having this kind of experience. I share this story now, for learning, accessing and grounding my psychic and intuitive awareness, was just the beginning for me...really, for others also. What I discovered was that, I had already had a foundation for understanding family dynamics, to start healing my childhood, with appropriate understanding. I was pretty well clear, at least for developing, psychically on this level, to interpret what I was sharing, in as clear a manner as possible. What I realized, after playing back this experience, was that I was being guided to the next level of development. Oh yes, don't be fooled, I did a tad bit of my "human" kicking and screaming. I liked what I was doing...I liked where I was. What I learned, was because of all of the classes I was teaching, because of all of the readings I was doing I was generating an energy, a vibration...when enough energy is generated, what happens is, you go onto another level of awareness. It is the natural order of things. You can fight not going onto the next level...but fighting it will literally cause you more of a headache in the long run.
Anything metaphysical opens the door, to a new understanding in life. And...not to be forgotten...we begin to evolve on a human level...it is natural and it is normal for this to happen. Once this energy begins integrating itself naturally, consciousness is likely to follow. Keep in mind, I know that this is all very simple and practical in the words being used, however, trust me...the energy is there. Once we begin to generate a higher vibration, on a human level, just from awareness alone, your approach to life changes, too! Consider this also; when we begin evolving our awareness, it then becomes a part of our life, for that is the natural way of things. And this is why, as a conscious empath, when I am assisting someone and guiding them to their own inner knowing, to always ask your question, the "how am I feeling question"!! This process of connecting to your inner self...keeps you present in the moment, present in your body and present in your awareness.
Once we begin anchoring ourselves in our bodies and it becomes a natural part of our everyday life, our evolving awareness, then has something to hold onto. Remember, our emotions are the key and the bridge to our soul's knowing. As we heal, we establish a stonger connection to our inner knowing. Each level of our lives must come along for the journey...it is the only way to bring heaven to earth.
So, take a chance...be ok with what you are feeling...learn about your feelings and trust in the guidance of your own soul's knowing...it is because of this natural integration, in a very practical way...that we can do this...one breath, one step at a time.
