Treadmill doesn't have to be boring if you place it in front of a tv and just watch your favourite shows and movies. I just change intervals between commercials and it makes it seem effortless.

I have wasted money on gym membership, The above seems so right, I have a treadmill at home now, and I can fit in a thirty minute run, or walk. no getting stuck in traffic ,and getting into my own shower while dinner cooking , after a work out on the treadmill , seems far efortless to getting to the gym, also what excuse can I give , with a treadmill at home!

I have a treadmill at home, a really good one that we paid almost $2,000 but I just get so bored on the treadmill! I love going to the gym and I love having people around me all working out because it pushes me more. I found it very hard getting into the gym and I got a free months pass to try it out, after the second wee I was hooked. I also got my husband involved and now we both go at least 5 times per week!! Sometimes more! Granted we do spend $60 per month...That is for both of us! something you look forward to! Seriously...if you have the time and you wanna look awesome..Hit the gym and eat healthy. I was 160lbs and 4 months later I'm a very health toned 127lbs and have found my perfect weight.

Hi, After reading above I agree that most of the time you waste your membership money and achieve nothing. Also as you don't get time to go to gym and when you get time, you don't get machines straight away as there may be many people in bus hour. Treadmill is the best way to loose weight and get fit. The key to being motivated to exercise is to do physical activities that you actually enjoy. If you love using the treadmill, then buy one. If you love playing basketball, then find some time to play with your friends or even just with yourself. Don't force yourself to play volleyball or go jogging if you don't enjoy doing them.
