A Conscious Creator is anyone who accepts responsibility for the creation of his or her own reality. Instead of blaming, justifying or complaining they make choices, focus their attention and express their feelings.
They may practice the art of appreciation by spending more time noticing what is going well for them and less time worrying about problems and difficulties. The path of a conscious creator is not the path of the victim.
There are times when we all fall into victim thinking and we can find ourselves slipping into behaviors that demonstrate our contraction. The truth is we do not any longer need to get stuck feeling like a victim for any extended period of time. Knowing what conscious creators know helps us to remember and connect with our personal power. When we feel empowered we know that we are free to make choices that uplift us.
Here are four things that Conscious Creators Know:
1. An Expanded Spiritual Perspective.
When you are consciously creating your life you have an expanded Spiritual perspective. You know yourself to be whole and complete even when you imagine something is missing or wrong with you. You know that the truth is you are magnificent just as you are. You realize that you are both vibrational and physical. You are in the process of having an amazing physical experience. You realize that you are responsible for what you create and you are thrilled at the opportunity to more consciously create your reality.
2. Mental Agility.
When you are consciously creating your life you develop fine-tuned mental agility. You choose to take charge of your mind and to train yourself to consistently think thoughts that uplift, expand or in some way comfort you. You weed out thoughts that may have originated a very long time ago that don’t any longer serve you. And you consciously choose those thoughts that are congruent with who you now are and what you now know.
3. Emotional Aliveness.
When you are consciously creating your life you experience emotional aliveness. You value happiness. You choose to take charge of your emotions and to do the work required to shift your emotional state so that you enjoy your life. You know you are not stuck in any feeling state and that it is up to you to learn how to navigate your way in and through your own emotional body. This begins with one hundred percent acceptance of anything and everything you feel in any given moment. You know you don’t have to do it perfectly. You understand that emotions are energy in motion, not static or fixed positions. You allow all of your feelings to move freely into your awareness and you enjoy managing the flow moment to moment.
4. Physical Congruency.
When you are consciously creating your life you experience physical congruency. You are congruent in your behavior. Your actions are genuine expressions of your feelings. Your feelings are consistent with your thoughts. You understand that it is easy to know what to do, when to do it, and how to proceed, when you are clear and happy on the inside first. You act from clarity and you are assured of your results. You enjoy your life.
There is no doubt that we are powerful beyond measure. Each moment is an opportunity to claim our power or to diminish and ignore it. One thing conscious creators know for sure: When we are empowered we have an infinite number of choices
