There are a great number of things that we women are much inclined to do. One of them is to bury our heads in the sand. We women do not confront reality head-on. We spend our younger and middle-age years pretending that things are the way they are not. As we pretend, we lie to ourselves and to others. Please, bear with me. Maybe, you can see what I can see.

One thing that I strongly believe we women should confront head-on avoiding lies and pretending is that we are losing our men even if they do not leave us. Slowly. Gradually. Imperceptibly. Many of us will never get to know what is going on. Some may suspect it. Few already know it, and they do what we women are good at: to pretend.

When cooking for a man, we still have
romantic food recipes to use as a tool.

For an extended period of time, I have observed guys. I concluded that men are creatures of nature. The conclusion that I arrived at is that it is nature the one telling men to take all the women they can. Nature does it through instincts. It is not men’s brains or fathers or older brothers telling them to take all the women they can. No, it is neither their brain nor their decision. To have one woman is a socially and legally imposed condition, but nature imposes otherwise using men’s deeply embedded instincts. Unstoppably. Relentlessly.

The risk to us wives doubles in seriousness when a large number of other women fervently and fanatically wave the flag of “I am independent and liberated”. In the process, those women make themselves available to end up in bed with a guy they liked and met with at the office, or other places. Personally, I do not blame men going with the flow. It is an easy flow to go with, and it complies with what nature tells guys to do. That is when I thought that we wives must fight back to keep our men with us. There are romantic food recipes and splendid and magnificent romantic evenings at home that we can create. They never fail to work. Read it again: “They never fail to work”.

Cooking romantic food recipes to create romantic evenings at home
by far is the most efficient way to make stronger our bond with him

We have to plan it carefully, and to use our imagination. Should we succeed, we are cooking romantic food recipes to create romantic evenings at home. These are events that will get etched in our heart and his. There is no more efficient way to fuel your bond with him. In addition, we give ourselves a splendid chance cooking romantic food recipes and transform each meal into a bomb shell of nutrients to nourish health and virility.

Few things are more powerfully engaging to men than coming to a woman who thought of transforming regular days into romantic events which are filled to the rim with nutrients. Our own romantic food recipes open the gates to memorable and fabulous moments that neither you nor he will ever forget. We may not be able to do this every day, but if we are wise enough, we will do it often enough until romance and our romantic food recipes create events that become the norm in our lives rather than “yes . . . some times”. At the same time that we achieve a valid and valuable goal ~and enjoy every minute of it~ we preserve our right to make our man stay with us; and not just come to us after having romantic encounters with other women.

What you just read was written with an intent: to make you aware that life may not be what we women would like it to be. We can sing lyrics about “the way things should be”, but nature and real life may not sing along our songs and lyrics. In other words, it is up to us to bury our heads in the sand or not, to confront reality head-on or not, and to accept getting comfortable ~or not~ lying to ourselves and to others.

We all know how wise it is to nourish our body. It is as wise
to nourish our relationship. It is now up to you to act on it.
To my knowledge, it is not an option. It is mandatory.
