Today a small business owner needs to stay focus on the goals they have set for themselves at the very begining. As a small business owner you are constantly being given, or being sent information that tells you so many different avenues you can take to get to your dream position for your company, and how many times did we waste time looking into these so-called different avenues. Only to find out we should have stayed where we were. As a small business owner we must constantly review our 30 day plan, our 90 day plan, and our one year plan. I finding it is usually better to stick with your original plans than to go off course looking for a big shortcut. I also find it a lot less stressful staying the original course of constantly moving one step at a time instead of wasting time going off course.So my advice to all of you small business owners who are just starting out, remember your original plans and stay with it, and ride it out into your dream.
