Manifestation only occurs when you’ve got yourself into alignment with what it is that you want. This basically means that you’re either in solid expectation of your desire, or you’ve spent time getting into alignment by visualizing or just feeling good.

If you’ve not been able to manifest what it is that you want, then I can assure you that it is not because the Law of Attraction has stopped working, or because its someone else’s fault. The fault relies with you and your ability to get into alignment.

Some deliberate creators say … “well, if only I could monitor my thoughts then everything would be alright because I could think about what I want all day long”. And true to their words, this probably would happen if they could control their thoughts. Trying to control your thoughts though is not something that is recommended due to the sheer amount of thoughts we have each day.

Instead the more productive thing for you to do is to pay attention to your feelings.

If you feel good, then in that moment you are letting in more of the life giving energy or source energy. If you feel bad then you are restricting yourself from it.

By paying attention to how you feel instead of what you’re thinking you have a much better chance of being able to deliberately control your destiny. Let’s now look at a couple of examples:

What should I do if I feel bad? First off, congratulate yourself for paying attention to your feelings. Next, make a decision whether you can stop thinking about this thing that makes you feel uncomfortable or not. If you can stop thinking about it, then your work is complete, start to think about something that makes you feel good.

If however, you cannot stop thinking about it, then you must find ways that you can feel good about it. I firmly believe that you can feel good (or at least feel better) about ANY SUBJECT and at any time you decide. Let’s take the example of a family member dying. That could be a pretty bad thing to happen and could easily put you in a place of feeling bad.

Play a game with yourself called “thinking a thought that feels better”. To play this game you must first state where you currently are, so describe how you feel to yourself and why you feel like that.

Next, find a thought that feels better. In the example I’m using here, the next thought that may feel a little better would be something like “at least he’s gone to a better place” or “I’m glad we had the time we did have together”. Keep playing this game and keep finding a thought that feels just a little better than the thought before.

Before long you won’t be feeling so bad, and heck you may even be feeling much better about the whole situation.

What should I do if I feel good? Keep on doing what you’re doing. If you feel good then your work is complete. Enjoy the feelings and if you feel like doing so, try and enhance your good feelings by finding other things to appreciate and feel good about.

Enjoy these processes and have fun with it! Life isn’t a place of misery - imagine your life as one big game and that you can control everything about it. Make this the best game you could ever play and have the most fun you can possibly have!
