You have lost someone very dear. Your heart is aching. In fact, it may feel like your heart is breaking. These painful emotional feelings often manifest as the physical sensation of tightness and heaviness in the area of your heart. Your shoulders may also ache. They may pull forward as if attempting to protect your tender heart.

These are normal feelings experienced by many who grieve. While they are normal feelings, they do not need to persist for lengthy periods of time.

The key is to become more aware of what feelings of grief persist. You may not even be aware of the fact that your shoulders are tensing up. You may not be aware of the neck pain or headache that manifest as a result of your tense shoulders.

What I learned during my grief process is that awareness is the first step to change.

Grief is tough, but lack of awareness of how grief may be manifesting in your body can cause added pain and stress in your life.

That’s one reason why I have created my 6 week email class. It is designed to provide you with the tools you need to become more aware of the many ways grief is affecting your life and how to move through the pain and into the life you deserve to live.

You will receive weekly email classes that you can print out and work through at your own pace from the comfort of your own home.

Through awareness and understanding you too can move beyond grief and into your new life.
