To what extent do we have control over our own unique personal domains? a domain is the personal space from which we have a "sphere of influence or knowledge" that we experience around ourselves. This domain includes the energy and imprint of our thoughts, attitudes, reactions and perception and continues to include "memory" and "expectation" of that which we sense, touch, and see! This space reflects back to us and feeds content both to and of the world that we live in.

It seems then that it would be a great importance to be on intimate terms with our individual domains. We want to embrace, guide and lead this Knower that has such power to influence the energetic content of our own immediate experience. We would wish to harness the power of that which has such magnetic function in our connectedness with one another, life circumstance and inner disposition. It has been taught that the electro-magnetic field that I am describing is one that is pure Energy and that we ourselves, are composed of a multiplicity of frequencies of energy.

In the study of physics, one form of energy can be transformed to another, yet the total energy in a system remains constant. If that were applied to the energy of domain, we would begin to understand that transformation from lower frequency to that of higher is as natural as evolution. A room that is dark contains a particular electro-magnetic field. The addition of light speeds up the frequency enough to transform the “nature” of the domain, yet the total energy in the system bound by the room remains the same, or the room would have exploded! In this way, energy responds and adapts to the highest frequency introduced. Conservation creates a change in the nature of the domain.

The understanding that our domains are “ruled” by dominant energies with or without our knowing it becomes our interest to examine and develop an awareness of exactly what the energetic pattern of our own energy field is. With this knowledge we can examine and transform our own energetic fields. Certainly it would be good to have understanding of what “rule” one is under! Especially since our perceptions, feelings and behaviors are deeply affected by these dynamics!

It is true that many frequencies of energy co-exist in a space; that they can transform one another and alter the nature of the “field” yet it is the higher frequencies and their potencies that have the power to “generate heat or introduce a third force by friction” (imagine the power of the sun) and create
transmutation which exceeds transformation. In this way, motion is summoned. We journey forward, evolving as beings towards a higher turn of the spiral.

For example, light that is of high frequency illumines a dark room and reveals the nature of the other substances. Water, of its own particular frequency, over time can change the landscape of a rocky shoreline, which is of a denser frequency. Love, which is of a high frequency, can transform fear into courage and faith.

Our feelings, mental perceptions and the “out-pictures” (beliefs, expectations) of our world, at present, past or future are all sustained and the embodiment of energy. They are containments that vary in frequency. A feeling is one kind of energy. In fact feelings have a range of energies just like the notes of music each have a different vibration.

I realize that my mind is a not so silent dweller at the threshold of my perception and for the awareness, which dictates my subsequent feelings and entire range of states of well-being. This is an awesome power for a body of energy to have. Its contents must be very potent to have such governing power. Or perhaps, they have been are empowered by me to govern my state of being.

A belief, expectation or thought is a form of energy. It could be compared to a variation of frequency. Yet the important and binding truth behind this is that it is energy that governs our world both inner and outer. When we realize that we are creating with energy all of the time we can begin to become responsible for ourselves, our choices and for the present moment that we find ourselves in.

If we find ourselves filled with negative thought, (a currency of energy) it is a choice that we surrendered. Usually this has happened unknowingly. The mind may have followed a powerful current of a familiar false or negative belief, which is triggered from a deeply engraved gear and is controlled by a finely tuned “hot button”. The hot button can be sensitive to a multitude of life situations that form associations with
the “belief”.

Energy, once in motion gathers more energy. We then become victims of our own self generating negative force which then may activate by association another with similar negative labeling and so on. This can create an avalanche or energy flooding which is a state from which thought which is of the higher consciousness; able to impart clarity and wisdom is difficult to attain.

Is there an alternative? There must be. We are not meant to live in suffering, we are meant to find our way out of suffering. We are given the secrets and the tools to find our highest powers. In that same moment that can be overtaken by the flood from mind we have the chance to intervene and call in a higher energy.

The law is that higher energy, similar to a higher wattage light bulb, illuminates a space to match its own frequency of energy. This higher energy that we call upon is first our immediate attention. Immediate attention is similar to using a mega spotlight from a place beyond and outside of the boundaries of mind to 1) notice that it is activated with negative energy. 2) Note the particular form it is taking. (A negative belief, statement, worry, persistent thought, spiraling feeling, judgments, hopelessness, etc) and 3) to observe that all of this is energy and lives within the confines of actual boundaries of something called mind. Visualize yourself drawing lines around those boundaries to confirm this.

Secondly, ask yourself, “Do I choose suffering or am I willing to come into the present with no past, no future, but with a loving trust that steps outside of mind and into the vastness of what lies beyond. I place myself in the realm of Spiritual Consciousness. I surrender my will to that of Soul; submit my worldly mind to the transformational power of Spirit that it may heal, renew and become a mirror for all that is goodness; a tool for light consciousness and an instrument for divine manifestation.”

Lastly, understand that the choice is about more that suffering. It is a choice to allow the rule of the energy of Love and Presence to take precedence at each rotation of daily experience. It reminds us that we are more than beings adrift at sea at the mercy of currents over which we have no control. With awareness and self-knowledge we can learn to master our own course in life and use the creative potency with which we were born to steer our way towards an unlimited destiny. We can, awakened, say, “From the domain of Love, I motion forward invoking the highest thought and the potency of the Presence.”
