The Year of the Yang Earth Rat (2008), 4 important things to watch out for:
1. The Tai Sui is in the North (15 degrees) - do not sit facing the North - even if it is one of your good directions. If you are in the possible process of renovation, make sure the construction work begins on an auspicious day. No major earth digging, hammering and commotions involved.
2. The Sui Po is in the South (15 degrees) - No earth digging, hammering and commotions to annoy the Tai Sui please make sure the construction work begins on an auspicious day.
3. The Three Killings is in the South (90 degrees) - you have to confront this bad star by facing it. Do not sit with your back towards it. No earth digging, hammering and commotions involved, otherwise please make sure the construction work begins on an auspicious day.
4. The Five Yellow is in the South (45 degrees) – A strong negative Earth energy which could cause Trouble, Obstacles and Accidents. You can harmonize this by playing soft beautiful piano music, having a chiming clock with a round metal pendulum that you can hear in this part of your house. Do not disturb this area, e.g. dig earth, hammer nails, construction, etc., otherwise please make sure the construction work begins on an auspicious day.
• For new home constructions or renovations, please check with Teresa for the auspicious dates in the month of building commencement, moving in, or house-warming parties.
• For businesses, please check with Teresa for the auspicious dates in the year for open house, and Qi Energizing Ceremonies.
• For homes, please check with Teresa for the auspicious dates in the year for house-warming parties, and Qi Harmonizing Ceremonies for health and relationship issues.
For existing clients, an annual update is recommended. Since the arrival of the 9 different Annual Qi in the New Year interacts with the existing Qi in the building, subsequently affecting the people living/working in the space. Especially in terms of wealth, health, relationship, career success and general well being.
