I have seen too many web site owners failing at a crucial concept when it comes to their website top rankings. In an attempt to gain website top rankings, they grossly ignore conceiving that there are two fundamentally different audiences visiting their websites. If you are one of those owners, I hope the concept I explain below will remain embedded in your mind.

Conceive your website as if it were a show in a theater. You and your web site are on stage. Just like in many theaters, there are two groups of chairs separated by an aisle. On one side of the aisle, there is a large number of chairs. On the other side, only fewer chairs.

Surfers sit on the side with several chairs. They provide "traffic". Search Engines sit on the side with fewer chairs. They provide "website top rankings". One of the groups wants to see one kind of show. The other group wants to see something different. Your goal is to present a show that satisfies both groups in your audience. How well you present your show determines the degree of success.

Search Engines do not need bells, whistles, JavaScripts, graphics, and candy to the eye. You may want it, but Search Engines do not. All of it creates a huge amount of HTML code, and spiders do not like it. It is unwise to force them to crawl through it. Since Search Engines are all about a website top rankings, they want good content in each important web page with as little HTNL code as well as a long list of other conditions. Should your show be boring and lacking the glitter, the bells, and the whistles, Search Engines are perfectly happy. Although it is "your" show, you must remember that you are playing in "their" territory. So, let's play by their rules.

Surfers do not care about Search Engines. It is irrelevant to them if you optimize your web pages until you turn green. Nonetheless, you must satisfy surfers with convincing words in your block of text; and provide them with a good ~but not excessive~ amount of glitter and candy to the eye.

Time and again, my experience has shown that creating web pages from the ground up is by far the most efficient way to achieve website top rankings. It is feasible to create web pages using graphics, JavaScript, and candy to the eye. You must apply it in moderation and wisely as I explain in my e-book. Should you play by their rules, you give Search exactly what they want; and still keep visitors happy. Again, if you learn how to do it, you can rightfully expect to gain website top rankings.

My articles in SelfGrowth ~such as Website Top Rankings - How You Do It~ provide important topics and cover relevant issues to learn about on your road to success. My e-book tells you how to put it altogether.

Lose sight of this concept and you
will confront difficulties to succeed
gaining the benefits that you want
with your website top rankings.

I'll see you at the top.
