2. He's interested and doing something.
3. He's interested and doing nothing.
If he's not interested, you thank him and move on.

If Joe Blow says he's interested and doing something, you'vemissed him for your principal company. Let's say you're working the ABCcompany and Joe Blow tells you he's working the XYZ opportunity. You'vejust found a perfect prospect for Leader's.

If all goes according to plan, your prospect has been presented with everything he needs to make a decision. So... you're going to force the issue by saying:
"Joe, thanks for having a look at myinformation. If there are no further questions, Can we get started? "
Then, you respond to questions and attempt to close. In prospecting for your MLM business, your mantra is:

Always Be Closing
When your prospect agrees that you've got a good product, good team, good compensation plan, good support system, good whatever, you ask for the money.

Whether you have a good sponsor, bad sponsor, no sponsor or whatever, responding to prospect/customer questions is ultimately up to you. It's your problem because it's your business. I wear this topic out, but it's important. There is absolutely nothing we do in MLM that is too difficult or too challenging for a person of average intelligence and resources. Compared to the requirements to become a licensed professional, getting a college degree, or building a business that requires employees and a separate physical location, the requirements to build an MLM business are absolutely trivial. In spite of the ease of entry and the very low cost, you can make a lot of money in MLM if you'll do the work. The work is 6 to 8 new phone calls a day and follow-up where appropriate on previous calls. It requires a consistent effort of 15 to 20 hours per week to build an MLM business.
When you're talking to a prospect, you're not going to blow smoke and talk about easy money. If you do, credible people will avoid you. If you lie to prospects, you'll have a downline of cry babies that drop out as fast as you can put them in. It's an absolute waste of time. You want to scare the ineffective, ineffectual, pointless people away. These are people that "Can't Handle The Truth." Tell the truth and they'll eliminate themselves.
By telling the truth about MLM, you'll get credible people with reasonable expectations that have the will and the means to persist. A person like this can become profitable and prosperous in MLM. It doesn't take many competent, credible distributors for you to earn a very nice income from your MLM business.
