Abs Truth Now Is Important For Your Health
Written by Renee' Barnes-Orozco
Abs Truth Now is important for your health, in addition to giving you flat abs.
rnThere is more to having flat abs than your looks. There is a serious health issue that you need to consider. Having flat abs does help make it easier to breathe as there is less fat weighing in on your diaphragm. You also have more energy if you have flat, strong abs because you have less fat to keep you down. But there is more to it than this.
rnYOU HAVE TWO TYPES OF FATrn rnThere are two types of fat in your stomach. You have the more visible fat is called the “subcutaneous fat”. This lies just beneath your skin and on top of your stomach muscles. It’s the more easy type of fat to lose.
rnThe second type of fat (and what many consider the more dangerous fat of the two) is called the “visceral fat”. This is deeper within under your muscle and surrounds all around your organs. Your organs work hard all of the time. Imagine how much harder they work with all of that fat surrounding them. This takes more effort to lose, but it can be done.
rnWHAT DOES THIS FAT DO TO ME?
rnYou can develop an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea (you stop breathing throughout the night – imagine that danger if you don’t start breathing again), some cancers and other diseases.
You are more likely to have more inflammation in your body which creates more likelihood of developing various diseases – not to mention the difficulty of carrying around the extra weight and the effects on your joints.
Abs Truth Now is important for your health – Your life.
rnI WANT TO GET RID OF THESE RISKSrn rnThere are no quick fixes to having flat abs and reducing your fat. You will need to work at it with a proper and healthful diet and exercise. Much as we’d like, there are no magic pills that can guarantee immediate success on losing this unhealthy fat.
rnThe more successful way is to lose your abdominal fat and keep it off for good. You need a balanced, nutritious diet based on healthy, unprocessed foods and a properly designed strategic exercise program. Your exercise program needs to stimulate your body’s hormonal and metabolic response.
rnYou will not succeed with just diet. You will not totally succeed with just exercise. You need to make an effort with both.
rnYEP - EXERCISErn rnGood news is - it doesn’t need to be boring. Your body actually requires a variety of different exercises. You can make it fun. You’ll have more fun with a workout partner. If that is not always an option, make sure you at least have great exercise music to punch up your exercise efforts.
Crunches are not the only abs exercise (there are more beneficial flat abs exercises). You need to work the whole body to give you the most benefit – not just the abs. Abs truth now is important for your health and helps give you the resources to do the best exercises to help create nice flat abs.
A couple of exercises to try are ‘Mountain Climbers on Floor’ or ‘Chopping Wood’ to name two of many. Mountain climbers require you to get in the pushup or plank mode. Pull one leg under you (to the chest) while maintaining the pushup position. Switch legs. Do ten to twenty repetitions. Chopping wood can be done with light weights. Just pretend to be chopping wood.
Trust me. You’ll ‘feel the burn’ in more places than one.
