Is Sedona calling to you? Is it whispering to you? Is your heart longing to go to see the sunlight reflecting on the Red Rocks? Are you being gently nudged to experience the transformative energy of the vortexes? I know for me, Sedona is a place I long for in my heart and soul. I visit as often as I can, and at one point in my life I was heading there several times a year. I love how the light reflects on the rocks depending on the time of day it looks so different and magnificent. It glows and illuminates your eyes and your heart. The land calls to me to walk upon it, so I can feel the energy that is from Mother Earth herself. I feel the most alive when I am there. Very few places compare to how I feel when I am in Sedona, if anywhere. It makes my heart happy, and I feel more fully embodied and connected to my Soul.

I am enamored by the red and white sandstones speckled with green from the Juniper and Pine trees. I love how you feel as if you are in the ocean but you are in the desert, since part of the land was under the sea at some time long ago. I love long hikes and experiencing the sightings and sounds of the Ravens. It is a place I would like to live as my home, but it is not for now, maybe at some future time. Sedona is a sacred location on the planet. When you actually visit a sacred location, it is easier to access cellular memories, and who you are meant to be in this life becomes clearer. The Earth’s energies of these sacred locations allow you to shift and transform to a higher vibration and greater aspect of who you long to be and are meant to be. It allows you to release old pattering, toxic emotions, and past experiences that are holding you back from creating what you desire for yourself in this life. I found by going to sacred locations such as Machu Picchu in Peru, Chichen Itza in Mexico or Sedona, Arizona for example, that I felt deeply connected to additonal aspects of who I am. I could access more of my Higher Self. This access allows you to shift and release parts of yourself that you are ready to let go of and that are holding you back, so you can be more present in your body, more alive, vibrant and happy. Part of moving through personal transformations, is allowing yourself to be uncomfortable and venture into unchartered territory. When you allow yourself room to grow, change and expand emotionally, mentally and spiritually, you are actually giving yourself permission to receive and create more of what you desire. You become the person you have longed to embody. The cool thing is, when we envision something, it is already being created, it is already a possible reality. The only thing you have to do, is show up, get uncomfortable, and move through the transformation to who you know you can be. It is ultimate demonstration of Self-Love. Giving yourself permission to be all of your potential now. Not tomorrow but now. I would love to hear from you on how visiting sacred locations around the planet have helped you move through any transformations? In addition, are there are any locations your heart longs to visit and experience?

Love & Light,
