We are the Soul and ultimately the Spirit that inhabits the four-body-system during (re)inca
ation upon the planes of matter.

We can raise the frequencies of our physical, etheric, emotional and lower mental bodies through integrated self-mastery and meditation. As we work on our Spiritual, psychological and physical/Earthly self-mastery we are going through expansions of consciousness. The process of expanding and raising our consciousness into higher dimensions of reality is what’s commonly called the process of ascension. To ascend means to continually raise one’s consciousness on all fronts and to thus gain access to higher and higher realities, of which the physical/material world is the lowest.

The transformation that occurs as we keep expanding our consciousness is called ascension because our Soul or Spirit is ascending back Home to God, enriched with infinite experiences in the various dimensions of reality.

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that the whole purpose of life is to return Home to our Creator and his life is thus dedicated to this noble cause of integrated ascension.

Dr Joshua David Stone was one of the most influential Spiritual teachers, leaders and forerunners of our time. He had a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and was a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Counselor in Califo ia, USA.
