The Earth is formed by 70% bodies of water such as oceans and lakes, and on these waters depths and well-lit surfaces (euphotic zones) are microscopic one-celled organisms called marine phytoplanktons. They play a essential function in food webs and the largest and most dominant species of the planet cannot live without them. Marine phytoplanktons and Frequensea marine phytoplanktons though microscopic in size and appears as green discolorations in oceans due to the green chlorophyll within their cells (but they can vary in color from light brown to deep green depending on the proportion of chlorophyll and other pigments that they possess) forms the autotrophic part of the plankton community with hundreds of species already discovered and possibly more waiting to be discovered as well. For them to grow in oceans, lakes, or in artificial ponds through the technique of algae culture and create energy and be able to start photosynthesis, they should be exposed to sunlight. Based on the aforementioned characteristics, we can discern great benefits we can get from marine phytoplanktons and Frequensea marine phytoplanktons. Majority of food webs in the fresh and salt waters are dependent on phytoplanktons (with the notable exception of chemosynthesis) because they are responsible for the 50% of the planet's photosynthetic activity, thus, they produce significant parts of oxygen in the atmosphere. It was proven that they possess nutrients, like anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals, essential for the good health of consumers and are considered superfoods because they are food sources which are easily absorbed and utilized by the body for maximum use, so that is why they not only have impact on the environment but they also extend their advantages to the benefit of an individual's health. It was seen that a healthy diet must be supplemented with at least a single type of superfood because they can improve the general health of a person and help reduce the risks for acquiring chronic degenerative diseases with their nutrient content over 50, which is comprised of amino acids: alanine, arginine, and biotin; bromide, cobalt, copper, essential fatty acids: omega 3 & 6, vitamins C, E, and B complex, enzymes and co-enzymes, and the anti-oxidant: glutathione. Other benefits of Marine phytoplanktons and Frequensea marine phytoplanktons are: immune system booster against bacterial and viral infections, detoxify the liver and kidneys for toxins, build and repair muscles, aid in producing healthy DNA, defend the body against free radicals to delay the signs of aging, reduce the chance for having diseases such as: stroke, Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and cardiovascular problems, aid in digestion and weight management, enhances vision by protecting the cornea, promote better hair, skin and nails, and regulate mood and memory, and more and more oxygen are also being introduced into the cells so the damaging effects of oxygenation are lessened. So all these we can possibly attain for a better , happier and content life.
