Bodyguards as you’d imagine are for the rich and famous only. You would be mistaken, bodyguards are available to anybody who needs them and can pay their rates. Hiring bodyguards is a very extreme step you must understand; they are not a tool to be abused or misused, bodyguards and there for your protection and you must use them as such. Bodyguards have either been specially trained in a way to know these techniques, or they are former army or police officers who have prior knowledge of these methods.

Joining a firm of bodyguards requires a lot of patience and training, you need to be trained in the art of defence for yourself and others, you need to be trained in the art of observation and risk assessment, and you need to go through a rigorous training exercise of gaining mass and increasing general cardiovascular fitness. You need to be like a brick wall that knows kung fu. When you join a firm of bodyguards you also need to have confidence and act like a professional. You don’t have to be massive assertive or being totally stoic all the time, but keep your senses sharpened and your demeanour calm and you should be fine.
