So many decisions to be made every day !!

How do we choose what is right for us personally?
There is an overabundance of information available.
There seems to be an equal amount of pros and cons on any given subject.
Which vitamins & supplements are really necessary? Do we move on or stay?
Is this right or wrong for us? Which advise will we choose to follow? Everyone has an opinion on what we should do.
How many times have we said...I knew better?

Here is a simple Sway process you can do immediately, to determine if a statement is “true” or “false”
Standing, place your hands over your heart, and say, “My name is ____(any name not your own). See which way your body sways. That would be a “false” response.
Now, say your real name. See which way you sway. That would be “true”. If you get the same reading on both, switch the position of your hands and try again. One position of you hands will be stronger than the other. Either right over left or left over right. This should take about 10 seconds. No one know you better than your body.

Now that you know which is “true” or “false” you can incorporate “yes” or “no” into the equation. Hold an object to your heart, ask any question with an answer of “true/false” or “yes/no”. I find this a great tool when I am shopping. All I do is place it against my heart and ask, “do I need this?” (you can do the asking silently) It takes the guesswork out of so much. And, do not worry, no one seems to notice or care.

I use this for everything I am undecided about. There are times when I really want something or want to believe in it, that I think I may be influencing the answer one way or the other. That’s when I break out the sticky pad (Post-it). I write the question on the wrong side of the paper, so I can close it with the sticky side. (Any paper without writing on it will do). The trick I found to this, is write a number of questions, at least 7-10. One question per piece of paper. Shuffle them and place one paper on your heart, ask, and write down yes or no on the paper. Do all of them at one time. Separate according to the answers and open. You may be surprised at the answers.

This is one of my little treasures that serve me so well.
