This is a well known saying - "It's Not What You Know, but Who You Know!"

However the Trick is - Knowing who to know and who to Value in your Life.

Ending Drama in your life consists of two major lessons that I am about to teach you:

Understanding what is Drama? & Valuing your Self Worth so as NOT to attract Drama to your life.

Obviously by you reading this article you want to eliminate drama from your life. Unlike some people whom seem to attract drama to their life, because it makes them feel alive and that they matter.

Unfortunately this isn't true and only brings total dysfunction to their life and their relationships. Fortunately you are not one of those people so let's look at supporting you in building a drama-free life.

What is Drama?

Drama is a vision of something that may make your life exciting, no matter what the cost to themselves or anyone else.

They will push every button, try everything and do anything just to be different.

There doesn't seem to be a filter they put into place either for their own self worth or the people in their life.

These people follow all of the celebrity news believing it to be gospel and of course the most exciting way to live.

The sad thing here is that millions of dollars, possibly billions are spent each year on gossip columns of magazines and newspapers. TV Shows and of course not to forget Social media.

Leading people to believe that this is a true picture of life and how it is meant to be.

5 Steps to Break Free from the Drama!

I made a decision many years ago now that I didn't want my life to be like that, full of instability, insecurity and uncertainty.

Even though it may not be possible to be totally sure about what is going to happen in life, there must be some level of sanity here.
1.Eliminate self - destructive, toxic people, news and events from your life. There is no debate here it is simple!!! [Learn More about Toxic People]
2.Implement the "No Drama Policy". No if's or but's here, be it man or woman. If they have overstepped the mark going into the drama section, let them know. Nicely and politely that their behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated in any shape or form. This will give them the heads up, should this continue, you will be out of their life. It is easy if you have to come to that decision. You just don't return calls, text messages and delete them from your social media. You may feel this is a bit mean, however it works well for both you and them. Saving any future confrontations or upsets.
3. Don't bring drama into your life by indulging in Negative, Self-destructive habits. [Learn How to Break free] with My EBook "Why Can't I give up Smoking" This book isn't just about giving up smoking. It will support you in Understanding the "Why", the "How" and the Breaking free from any Negative habit or habits that is going to cause you grief or harm. Taking you away from living the life that you deserve and will bring you happiness.
4.Identify Strong boundaries with friends and relatives. It may not always be possible to totally eliminate toxic people from your life. Therefore it is important to learn strategies to both keep them at a distance. The successful way to do this is to understand the boundaries that you have and not to let people overstep these. You don't necessarily have to verbalize these, just have them cemented into your mind.
5.Stop worrying if someone likes you or not. Worry never solved any problems and no matter how nice or good a person you are guess what!!!! Not everyone is going to like you and being fair, you are not going to like everyone. That is OK, because each person has a different path and purpose in life.

6 Steps to Valuing Your Self Worth

To understand your self worth, it is important that you identify what are the things that you value most in life.

An example of this I share with you what I value most in Life. Having someone to love and someone who loves me: To share my life with. To make a positive difference to the world on my journey.

I truly treasure - Honesty, Loyalty, Being Reliable and a Willingness of sharing one another's lives in order to bring about positive changes.
1.Never to compare yourself to other's as for each of person there is a different path. However if you see someone who is implementing things into their life that you would like to implement. Then by all means - Believe that if they can do it, so can you. Go about learning and doing what you need to, to accomplish what that thing is that you want to accomplish.
2.Take Care of your appearance by for your health's benefit, to give you a sense of pride, the ability to go where you want to go and be who you want to be.
3.Take Care of your mind. Your mind is the most precious tool you have in your body. It controls everything to how you feel, to how well your body functions. Feed it healthy, fresh food, positive thoughts, read positive books, watch positive, inspiring movies and most of all - Allow it to expand and grow with knowledge. Never, Stop Learning.
4.Setting in place the "Law of Attraction". Whatever it is you want for your Life - Love, Honesty, Gratitude, Commitment, Integrity, Kindness, Loyalty and Happiness. You need to bring all of these qualities into your realm of giving and life. When you give these qualities firstly to yourself, otherwise known as self-love then to other people. This is what you will attract into your life. Overcoming the Drama and moving into Love, Peace and Harmony.
5.Move into your Higher Self. The better you get to know you and what you want in life and how you want your life to be. The easier moving into the higher self becomes. It merely means not allowing yourself to get caught up in the Drama. Moving away from anger, fear, temptation to cause or inflict pain or harm. Allowing your thinking to move to positive outcomes.
6.Define your idea of Success. Success for each person is different because each of us has a different purpose. It is important that you keep success - Simple and Achievable. "In order to Succeed, Your Desire for Change has to be Greater than your Desire to Stay the same." Success can be as Simple as Bringing a Smile to someone's day." Success is an inner Happiness that no-one else can take away from you, no matter what happens.
