Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance made in the liver. We also cholesterol intake through the food we eat, especially animal products. It is found in the blood and the cells of your body. Too much bad cholesterol in the blood can cause a blockage in the blood vessels and block blood flow to critical tissues and organs. Obstacles can increase heart disease and stroke.
Although we seem to hear about the cholesterol in a bad light, our bodies need cholesterol for building cell walls, tissues, hormones, vitami
