SelfGrowth.com has recently completed a major redesign of our Articles System. The new system will make it much easier for authors to find, edit, and manage their articles on our site.

The following is a guide to help authors make the best use of the new system.

Submitting an article
To submit an article to SelfGrowth.com, first of all, you must have a professional account. If you have a personal account, you’ll have to upgrade by logging in and clicking on the “upgrade my account” tab (note: it’s free!). If you don’t have an account yet, please register at http://www.selfgrowth.com/user/register.
To submit your article, log in to www.selfgrowth.com/user and go to the yellow “Articles” tab.

If it’s your first time submitting, please read through our submission policies first. Then, click on the “Submit An Article” option. You’ll be brought to the article submission form. Fill out all of the relevant fields.

You may choose up to three topics on our site to feature your article in. To do this, choose a “topic group” from the first drop-down menu, and then the “topic” from the second one. Then, be sure to press “Add” to register your choice. Repeat the process to add a second (and third) topic.

Finding your article on the site
One of major improvements in the new system is that it makes it much easier for authors to find their articles.

To find a complete list of all of your articles on the site, simply log in, go to the “Articles” tab and then “View My Articles.” You’ll see a list of all of your articles, with the titles acting as links to the articles on our site. You can see the status of each one by checking the “published” field. “Yes” indicates that the article has been published; “no” indicates that it is in our system, but is still pending publication. If an article you submitted doesn’t appear on this page at all, that would indicate that it has been rejected and deleted by an editor.

Editing or deleting an article
You can edit, make changes to, or even remove from the site any article submitted under your account on SelfGrowth.com. To do this, simply log in and go to the “Articles” tab, and then “View My Articles.” Next to each article, you’ll find an “edit” and “delete” button.
