How To Choose A Perfect Beginner guitar

Some of us are lucky and we get a beginners guitar as a gift for Christmas or birthday, or probably a good family member decided to give you one of his/hers guitars as a present. But what about us? The ones that wish to learn to play guitar, yet we do not even own one. How do you pick a precise guitar that is perfect just for you?
Before choosing a guitar you have to think about a few things.
What sort of music will you be playing?
Yes. It does matter what kind of music you're going to play. Different guitars work better for different genres of music. Are you into Jazz, Country, Classical or Rock. Each genre uses unique playing method and certain guitars accommodate those requirements better than others. Doesn’t mean that one guitar is better than the other. Just means that one is better suited for particular kind of music, that’s all.
How serious are you about learning guitar?
This is one more significant factor to take into account. How passionate are you about learning guitar? Is it your dream to develop into a talented guitar player or do you simply wish to know a couple of songs? Or perhaps you’re not even certain if you would even like playing guitar and just thought to give it a try and see how it goes?
If you’re not serious about trying to learn guitar I wouldn't suggest you to invest much money in a guitar. Just buy a very simple inexpensive beginning guitar to see if you enjoy playing it. Or maybe you've been thinking about nothing else but to play the instrument and you are really serious about it? It may be a good idea for you to invest in a top quality guitar. They are usually a lot easier to play, do not go out of tune as often and can last you a lifetime.
Are you a total beginner or do you know how to play the majority of of the chords?
Did you know that the majority of people quit within the first two weeks? What went wrong? While there are countless reasons, as not having enough time for practice, boredom, not enough self-discipline, et cetera… Many quit because it is very tough physically to learn guitar in the very beginning. Your fingers hurt and it’s tough to make a good sound to come out, so many think that this is how it’s gonna be forever. If you’re just a beginner it’s preferred for you to get a classical guitar. Why? Because, it uses nylon strings instead of steel as the rest of guitars. Nylon strings are much more easier to play and though they still hurt in the beginning they don’t hurt as much as steel strings. This does not relate to electric guitars. Actually if you want to learn on an electric guitar you’re in luck. Electric guitars are easiest to learn on, so good for you!
Trying to learn guitar could seem hard in the beginning, but if you have a good guitar it is able to make your practice so much easier. Just keep these three factors in mind when choosing a beginning guitar and you should manage to choose the best guitar for yourself.
