If you meditate in order to gain control over your state of mind you know that this modality takes time, effort and rarely yields permanent or sustainable results in terms of greater peace of mind or willpower. Why is that and is there another more effective approach to permanently stopping the barrage of negative thoughts from running amok with one’s life? Yes there is!
Many mediation approaches attempt to address one’s inner mental turbulence through one of two fundamental strategies. On the one hand there is the school that attempts to strengthen their free will by trying to consciously stop all thoughts. This is an arduous and often unsustainable task that few succeed at. Second there is the school that believes that all thoughts should be accepted, embraced and that one should not attempt to wrestle them into submission. The idea here is that by simply accepting them then they will cease to be disruptive or disturbing and will simply transform into more benevolent experiences.
Unfortunately these two approaches metaphorically are attempting to address this internal mental turbulence without ever really understanding its origins. If one was to reflect on this it would readily become apparent that getting at the source of this turbulence and diffusing it once and for all would not only create stillness of mind it would also mean that all that mediating would cease to be necessary.
So what is that source? Well, it turns out that all negative thoughts are generated in the unconscious mind by negative memories of early life experiences. What’s more, these memories have no useful purpose being there at all.
Now I realize that there are many who read that who would beg to disagree with me. They may propose that their negative memories have provided them valuable life lessons that have enriched their lives and so on. Well, it turns out that a new coaching process developed over 10 years ago not only brings into serious question these kinds of tenets it also completely dispels them.
Using a simple question and answer process it helps one become consciously aware of how they are lying to themselves about the supposed usefulness of these memories. When one undertakes this process they experience the memories simply starting to float away out of the mind and into space where they disintegrate. As this happens the negative thoughts, as well as the negative emotions, associated with them also spontaneously and permanently disappear.
Hence all the meditative effort becomes essentially unnecessary and mediation itself becomes obsolete. If you’d like to learn more about this process kindly visit the web site below where you can also request a free introductory telephone consultation.
