Dear Body,

I want to first apologize for not taking the utmost care of you in the past. I have learned some of your limits and vow to stay within them. Although you are not the way you were 10 years ago, you know now with the achy pains and much slower movement, you are still the love of my life. I ask that you cooperate with me and hang in there. I promise to feed you better nutrients for better health. I promise to stay as active as positive to rebuild strength. I promise to stay away from negative and toxic people who may cause high blood pressure or unnecessary stress. I promise to care for you and stay within your limits. I hear your warning signs and I take heed.

Sincerely Yours,

Your Caretaker
