Sometimes a collection of endometrial tissues is seen on the outer part of the uterus. This situation is known as endometriosis. This disease does not affect any other part of the body and mostly occur in the pelvic and below the stomach portions. Women are the main targets of endometriosis. Causes and symptoms of endometriosis:

There are no perfect symptoms of endometriosis but in some cases reverse menstruation occurs. Where the blood does not flow out instead it remains in the fallopian tube. After the surgery of the C sector, the cells enter the body through the opening and the disease occurs.

Omega 3 fats are also good in the situation of endometriosis. The best sources of omega 3 are salmon fishes and walnuts, these foods provide fatty acids as well. The patient of endometriosis must not consume saturated fats. Organic meat and milk are the best options as they have balanced nutrient levels.
