No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper What if the weapon is you?

Some people walk through life thinking that everything they do is doomed to fail and so they think “Why Bother?” That cannot be you… Some people blame everyone and everything for their misfortunes and again, stay trapped in lives, careers, businesses they do not like. That cannot be you… Growing up, I sang a song with the words ‘No weapon formed against you shall prosper’ and it felt like fighting talk… I read it in my bible and again, it stirred something in me… Because for a while there, I lived like a victim… Thinking that everything and everyone was against me. Thinking that I had no power over my life… Thinking that I was destined to live the life that others had designed for me… Thinking that I had to just put up with any old nonsense because I could not fight it and even when I did try to fight it, it felt as though I was fighting a losing battle and life seemed to go from bad to worse at times… I read that verse in the Bible as a promise, something that maybe could happen if I affirmed it and begged and pleaded with God about it and then maybe, just maybe, He would remember me… ONE DAY! In the meantime, I had to go on through life living as though everything was happening to me and I had no power over it all. Today, I read this verse again and it sparked something in me AGAIN but it was a different something… A realisation that it was not a promise, it was a statement of fact. No weapon formed against you shall prosperr Every tongue which rises against you in judgement You shall condemn It was not something I had to beg and plead with God about. It was real and it was the result of a life lived ON PURPOSE! As a victim, I could never experience this statement of fact in a positive way because for a long time, I WAS the weapon formed against me and no, I did not prosper. I kept listening to all my self-doubts, my fears, my judgements about what it meant to be rich and so, I did not create a life and a business the way I wanted. So, answer me this… Are you your own worst enemy? Are you the weapon formed against you? You have been brought up with a sense of victimhood – Things happen to you and you feel helpless against it… You have been brought up to think that business is wrong and it is horrid to attempt to make more money… You have been brought up to believe that it is impossible to do work that you love and make money doing it… You have been brought up to believe you have to give everything away for free if you are to be ‘good’… You have been listening to the internal voices of self-doubt and uncertainty your WHOLE LIFE… and so now, as you start to ramp your business up, you come face to face against these weapons and I wonder if you will stay on track long enough to win. Because it is a STATEMENT OF FACT that nothing formed against you will prosper but what of when that weapon is YOU and you are too blind to see it? Yes, there are exte al forces that may seem to attack your dreams and prevent you from living out your life purpose but this is the thing, NOTHING… NO THING at all can stop you unless you let it stop you. So, the government may change policies in an unfamiliar way… Your family and friends may attack you and try to get you to be safe and stop trying to build this profitable business… They may even call you selfish and greedy to your face to try to get you to change direction… Your ‘enemies’ might try to talk about you behind your back and ridicule you… But none of those things can prosper unless you let them. No weapon formed against you shall prosperr Every tongue which rises against you in judgement You shall condemn Silence the internal voices that attempt to shut you down because you can. Replace them with more powerful words of possibility, opportunity and hope. Refuse to allow the exte al voices to affect you either – There is always a way around any obstacle in your path. See everything as an obstacle, rather than a roadblock and therefore leave your imagination and creativity room to explore solutions. And BE ON PURPOSE! LIVE A LIFE OF PURPOSE! Build a purpose-driven business and you will make the statement of fact your reality. It is not a promise to be wished for and hoped for at some point in the future – It is the reality for you right now as you choose to live a life ON PURPOSE!
