It's a cold, cloudy, rainy day today in North Carolina, USA and yet I woke up feeling energized and filled with SELF Motivation and Persistence. In the past, an overcast day had the potential to send me into a state of low energy which would often lead me into throwing myself a nice long pity party.

However... it is different now! I am different now! I woke up this morning and - despite the gloominess of my outer environment - I feel happy, energized and filled with SELF motivation to have a productive day.

So I began to wonder, what is different? What am I doing on the INSIDE that is automatically causing me to ignore my outer cold, cloudy, rainy environment and to feel sunny, warm and energized on the inside?

It has to do with a POWERFUL internal tool I taught myself years ago. It is a tool that has become my #1 most valuable tool for keeping myself filled with naturally high levels of SELF Motivation and PERSISTENCE and I would like to share it with you now.

QUESTIONS

That's right... QUESTIONS. But NOT just ANY questions... These are questions that are very specifically crafted for the purpose of compelling your mind TOWARD what you actually DO want.

Allow me to explain...

Your brain has powerful computer-like qualities and is designed to automatically respond to ANY question asked of it. Even if the response in your mind is so fleeting that you are not aware of it, your mind always responds to questions by attempting to answer them.

Don’t believe me?

Consider these questions...
Why is the sky blue?
Why is the grass green?
Why is the earth round?

Did you feel your mind responding to each question? Even if your response was as fleeting as to say, “this is dumb” or “I don’t know” or something more thoughtful such as “the sky isn’t really blue because blah, blah, blah…”.

Whether you want it to or not, your mind will ALWAYS automatically respond to any and every question it hears. You have no choice in the matter.

So now image that your computer-like brain is programmed with habitual questions such as...
What's the point?
What is wrong with me?
Why don't they like me?
Why can't I have what I want?

Can you feel your mind being automatically compelled to respond to these questions? What is very significant here is that you will NOT get any RESOURCEFUL answers to questions like these. In fact, your answers will only serve to support getting more of what you DON'T want!

These days my mind has an absolute aversion to these types of questions. As I was writing them I could feel myself working to block out both the questions and my mind's automatic responses by repeating "la la la la la la la".

So... What can you do to leverage this consistent fact about your brain so that you can easily and quickly move yourself toward creating even more of what you DO want? Well... You can USE your mind's inability to NOT answer a question.

If your mind MUST respond to any and all questions posed of it, doesn't it make sense to program yourself to use questions that automatically compel your mind toward your desired goals? You bet it does!!!
