I have a confession to make. I’m so passionate about getting my message into the world, sharing my secrets to success and helping as many women in business as possible become the star dancer they’re born to be, that I’ve not told the whole story. Without intending to I’ve been keeping this secret and it’s time to tell all…….

•Yes it’s true that you can be a Star
•Yes it’s true that you can dance centre stage and in your spotlight
•Yes it’s true that you can set your stage (business) the way you want so that it not only gives your audience massive value but also allows you to develop the type of show (lifestyle) you really want.

It’s absolutely true that these are all possible for you.
And what is also true, and what I’ve not been telling you, is that this takes investment!

It’s time to get real ladies……if you want a business and not just an expensive hobby that takes up your time, energy and money, then you must invest in it. It’s as simple as that.

Counter intuitively, this is especially so when money feels scarce! Because when you’re in this position the business and lifestyle you want is currently outside your comfort zone – otherwise you’d already have it!

Which means you need to be thinking and doing things differently to the way you are now. This starts with getting clear before you spend any more time, energy and money on ‘quick fixes’ or ‘sure-things.’

Only then will you really know and have confidence in who you are as a business, in what you stand for, what your main business message is, and how you’re different. Only then will you really know who your ideal clients are, where to find them, and how to communicate your message and your uniqueness to get prospects interested in what you offer and buying from you.

This is about taking a strategic view of your business, which is important whether you’re brand new to business or a seasoned entrepreneur. It’s about getting clear on what you want from your business and how to set your business up in the best way for you i.e. in a way that suits you, that serves you and that offers the best chance of bringing you what you really want from it.

You wouldn’t start a show from act 3 or get help from stage hands, costume designers or make-up artists before you really know your dance steps, and before you’re clear on the structure, composition and interpretation of your dance would you? You’d invest in the support of a trained dance teacher!

In the same way it’s not wise to get marketing or design help, or spend time and money on projects, or specific training and tactics before you’ve established how these will work to support your personal desires and business aims. And this is where the support of a business success coach pays dividends. A coach who can help you get clear, develop a personalised plan, and keep you focused on the most effective actions for you. Someone who will help you avoid costly mistakes and shorten your learning curve!
So I urge you to…

•Stop kidding yourself by saying that it’s ‘not too bad’ when it is
•Stop pretending you can do it all on your own
•Stop believing you must be doing something wrong – if it’s not working well you need to go back to basics and get really clear
•Stop relying on others to make your business decisions for you
•Stop believing you’re not worth spending money on – a business investment needs to be spent on the business and that means YOU!
•Stop dancing in the wings or at the back of your stage – you’re meant to be dancing up front and centre.

It reeeeeeally frustrates me when I see women devaluing themselves, and denying themselves the opportunity and support (they encourage others to receive), because of some flawed thinking or belief that means they put other people, or even personal or household possessions above their own and their business’ development.

And that’s such a shame for the people who need you, because I know you didn’t go into business just for the money, but equally you didn’t go into business just to scrape by! You want to make a difference, to contribute or to teach what you know and you want to create the lifestyle you desire.

And that’s what true success is all about – success on your own terms.

So please, believe you’re worth investing in and do what it takes to invest in yourself, follow these secrets to success. Your business and your clients will thank you for it!
