Yoga is very much useful for the entire body. In the beginning stage, everything is very fresh and has an exotic taste; at this point you connect the meanings with every movement of the body and your breath. This is the phase where the fantasy brings a permanent smile on your face. Your eyes are full of sweetness and show a little glimpse of perfection. All these changes cause your body to tingle and results in the sweating of palms.
New thoughts and lessons are triggered at the beginning of Yoga. At this particular moment, a lesson is usually resonated a little deeper than usual. You imagine yourself flying, if you close your eyes. Moving with a delicate glide you move very gracefully above the world and the faith surrounds and protects you.
This hidden paradise can be a place of refuge in your early childhood, where you can deeply inhale and exhale without the fear that prevented you from breathing. You get reached to the point where the escaping and running suddenly stops. There will be much more space left to explore yourself.

Forgiveness: It is very important to stop feeling angry towards someone or at a mistake or a flaw. You often have much harder time forgiving yourself than others. Forgiveness is a gift that you can offer to others and it often helps in healing. It is not about doing favor for someone or for condoning of a wrong behavior. If you read the Holy Quran, you will find that it is better to forgive someone.
Sometimes you think that keeping a grudge punishes the person that you are upset with; instead, it is more about punishing yourself. Forgiving a person allows a person to look at the situation by not only understanding its perspective; instead, it also allows keeping in mind the perspective of other person as well. Most of the time you get confined to yourself and do not think in the first line. You also forget about the others’ perspective and point of view and do not even consider it. Quran Recitation opens up your mind and lets you think about others and their point of view.
Forgiveness is often confused with forgetfulness. Most of the times, you think that if you forgive someone, you have to forget all those feelings that are surrounded by it and quite often you forget the incident as well. If you are unable to do this, you create a false identity around that pain, and try to relieve the trauma with each and every memory.So basically, with the help of empowering lessons you can transform your world. This transformation can be done by just flicking the switch of the brain and changing the state and condition of mind. However, here you have to make certain choices. You can hold on resentment or you can relinquish the power and look through the situation with much wider lens.
