Does your mind belong to you? If so then why is that often you find yourself muddled even confused by the uncontrollable onslaught of unwanted thoughts that capture your focus, attention, and concentration leaving you feeling drained and depleted? Well it’s because you have been in denial about who, or should I say “what”, actually owns your mind. Here’s how you can tame those nameless forces and reclaim control of your mind and life forever.
It’s interesting that few ever ask themselves where their unwanted thoughts come from. That’s because too often it is assumed that they come from the individuals themselves. This hypothesis however cannot be supported because if they did then supposedly one would have the ability to permanently stop unwanted thoughts from holding one’s mind captive.
A new coaching process developed over 10 years ago has shown repeatedly that unwanted thoughts are the product of unconsciously buried memories from the so called past that act as “thought generator factories”. These memories behave much like the “pop up” viruses that periodically infect computers. The virus software buries itself deep into the hard drive of the computer, often shielding itself from attempts to extract or erase it. From there it hijacks one’s computer and renders it non-functional.
Well, it turns out those negative memories from one’s past act in exactly the same way. They constantly generate negative thoughts, as well as negative emotions that “surface” into conscious awareness and similarly create unwanted turbulence in what should be an otherwise still and focused mind. One could say that they create an effect similar to what individuals with attention deficit disorder might experience. That is their attention is constantly being distracted and disrupted by the steady stream of negative unwanted thoughts.
The coaching process mentioned earlier has revealed that these unconsciously buried negative memories can be readily erased/extracted through a simple answer and question process. By doing so they disappear completely and permanently. This ceases the unconsciously generated turbulence of negativity and restores one’s peace of mind. Other benefits of this erasure include enhanced concentration, confidence, energy, enthusiasm, motivation, calmness, optimism, well being, performance and much more.
