The Law of Attraction is a scientifically proven natural law and it always works. It has to. You may not understand natural laws or even be aware of their existence, but that doesn’t mean they stop working.

Consider the familiar question “If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around, does it make a sound?”

The tree falling is not in question. The tree falls because of gravity. Whether or not the tree makes a sound is the question because sound is perceived or not.

Vibrations and wave lengths are part of energy in many different forms. You can label the energy based on its properties.

The energy exists with or without the labels and it exists whether or not you’re sensitive to it.

So if particular vibrations are labeled as “sound,” then in that regard, the tree makes a sound whether there is a person there to hear it or not.

Yet if you determine that sound is the perception and interpretation of the vibrations in your ears and your brain, then no. There is no sound as long as there aren’t any people around to hear it.

What does this have to do with the Law of Attraction?

Everything.

People are vibrational beings and your thoughts and feelings are sent out to the Universe as vibrations. People vary in their sensitivity to your energy vibrations just as people have different hearing abilities.

Some people aren’t aware of these vibrations at all, while others are aware of their own energies, but aren’t aware of anyone else’s. There are some who are extremely sensitive to all these energies, and they can easily be overwhelmed in an environment that seems normal to everyone else.

This background is important because critics of the Law of Attraction often look for proof that the Law is working. They don’t believe the results are proof enough. Instead, they’ll attribute the results to things like coincidence. Or they’ll claim there are no results because they didn’t get what they were expecting.

It’s possible that the result did arrive just like the sound waves of the tree, but they weren’t aware enough to perceive the arrival. It could also be that they set a timetable for the result.

This is actually like the tree falling. If no one’s there to witness the tree falling, did it fall? Of course you can document that the tree was standing at one time and at some time later, it was no longer standing.

Therefore, you can deduce that the tree fell. You don’t know what caused the tree to fall and you don’t know how long it took the tree to fall. The tree fell in accordance with the Law of Gravity -- on its own timetable and not yours. The amount of time it took the tree to fall is influenced by a great number of factors that you may not be aware of.

Similarly, the Law of Attraction will deliver results on its own timetable. Sometimes the results are quite fast, while other results take considerably longer. There are many factors that are at work when it comes to applying the Law of Attraction in your life. The first thing you need do is let go of your schedule for the results and just know that what you want will come. Like the tree, it’ll happen when the time is right.
