The word “karma” comes from the Sanskrit and means “act, action.” Karma is the sum total of all the actions we have taken in the past and are currently taking including the effects that our doing brings in its wake.

Essentially, the law of karma is the law of cause and effect. Every cause has an effect.

Our lives are the effect of causes that mostly we ourselves have set in motion, not just in the past but also in our past lives. So the law of karma also extends over past lifetimes into future ones. All karma comes back to us like a boomerang. It may not rebound immediately and may not come back to us until future births, but sooner or later we all reap what we sow.

Whatever we put out in life comes back to us. In that sense, karma is the ultimate teacher, teaching us to do unto others as we would have others do unto us. If we hurt another, we just hurt ourselves. If we betray another, in truth we betray ourselves. And if we forgive another, what we really do is forgive ourselves!

The Integrated Ascended Master makes a conscious effort to act like a living Christ, Buddha, Krishna, Moses, Mohammed, Mighty I AM Presence and Ete
al Self. And this Godlike doing shall have a Godlike effect. So the Integrated Ascended Master is always aware of the workings of the law of cause and effect and sets conscious causes to effect a peaceful and blissful life.
