***The Spiritual Path is not Separate from the Activities of Daily Life

Many Lightworkers have a tendency to look at the Spiritual path as being separate from the activities of their daily life.

They have designated a certain period of the day to meditation and prayer, and so during these periods they enjoy the presence of Spirit and the Masters and their connection with the Divine, however, when they are done meditating and praying, they go back into their “normal daily life” and life a “double life”, so to speak. They react to whatever happens in life instead of responding from self-mastery, they eat an unhealthy diet and fill their bodies (which are the temples of their Soul) with poison, and have a fight with their spouse.

Job, friends and family, and the activities of daily life, are as much part of the Spiritual path as are prayer, meditation and jou
aling. It would actually be hypocritical to be all Spiritual and loving while in meditation and all out of control when “out in the world of daily living.”

The Integrated Ascended Master makes a conscious effort to bring the sacredness of his “holy hours” into his daily life. He seeks to bring the oneness and love he experiences during his meditations and prayers out into the marketplace, for this is where it is truly needed.
