Just to name a few of the benefits of this wonder fruit!
I love the juice but really don't love the seediness of the fruit itself so I've added it to my daily juice...

Try this delicious recipe in your juicer today:
Pomegranate Paradise Smoothie

2 Pomegranates scoop out the inners and juice

4 Apples, I always wash, core, then split the apples into fours, it helps me check their condition and removed any bruises, as well as the seeds

6 carrots, peeled if you like but make sure you wash them thoroughly and split the larger ones length ways to help your juicer have an easier time juicing them.

3 large handfuls of spinach, wash thoroughly
1/4 of a pineapple, cuts the skin off and cut into chunks that your juicer can handle easily, because pineapple is stringy, please feed it into the juicer with alternate amounts of carrot to help the juicer eject smoothly.

Once you've juiced these put the juice into the blender and add 1 banana and 1/2 an avocado, blend all this together, then add ice and blend that in too. If the mixture is too thick then add some filtered water and blend into to the correct consistency and enjoy!

This recipe should make at least two large glasses of smoothie maybe more depending on the quality and size of your produce.
