Choose one day each week to write yourself a check out of your business account to allow yourself to connect with the energy of receiving on a consistent basis. Even if you're only able to write yourself a $100 (or $10) check, the simple act of writing and cashing it activates these two vital energy forces in your business and begins to instantly improve your relationship with money. So pay yourself every week and remember to treat your paydays as a sacred part of your energetic business plan.

Every time you write yourself a check, add an energetic "0" to the amount.
