Can you define the place where you stop and another human begins? It seems like an abstract question, right? But think about it; how do you define “you”. Not who you are but what; bones, muscles, fingers and toes.

Yes, you are all of those things, but I suggest that you are even more. You are the thoughts you have, the actions you take, the beliefs you carry and the values you display. If that’s true than what you are certainly doesn’t stop at your fingertips. What you are is so much more than the physical body; it is boundless energy that has neither beginning nor end. You are made of the stuff of geniuses and giants.

So, what are you doing with that “stuff”? The stuff of life that makes you great. Are you squandering your talents? Living below your potential? Letting the stories of your life dictate your future?

STOP IT!

You are here for a purpose and no one can tell you what that is. But you know what it is:

That thing that you do better than anyone else.
The word that people in different circles always use to describe you.
The role you tend to play in relationships even when you try not to.
The way positive way you make people feel when you’re around.
It’s been shown to you over and over again. Sometimes it scares you to feel the potential for greatness inside you.

It was once said:

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

Today, I challenge you to examine yourself and your life. Consider the things you’ve been successful at without even trying. Take stock of your personal strengths. And once you have a clear picture of what you are made of, begin to live in it. Use it to fulfill your potential. Hone your talents to become the genius or giant you were made to be.
