Your ‘Success’, Title, Accolades mea NOTHING if there is a niggling feeling that you are settling for less!

You have reached a level of success and now, you feel stuck there…

Because everyone expects certain things of you…

And now, you feel you have to be that person…

That person they want you to be…

Even though you feel called to be someone else…

And also you worked pretty darned hard to get ‘here’!

You have come a mighty long way from ‘there’ and you are scared to let go of here in order to move on to a bigger ‘there’ and yes…

You have people looking up to you…

They even gave you a title!

And maybe a piece of paper to tell you who you are…

And you have some money… well at least a bit more than others around you but…

There is this niggle…

This little feeling that you have settled…

That there is more to you than this…

But again there are all those people looking at you and expecting you to remain the same forever…

To make them feel safe forever…

To keep saving them…

And if you are honest, you like that they look to you…

And the idea of losing the title, the accolades, your position on the ladder to get on with something more fulfilling…

Now, that’s just too scary!

There would be too many explanations to be made as you tried to do this other thing…

People might whisper about you…

They might wonder why you are not just grateful to have what you have…

They may think you are too greedy and not spiritual enough…

They might not want to hang out with you anymore…

You might get lonely…

And you don’t want that…

Surely, it is okay to stay here where it is, you know?… safe…

And yes, honey, you can …

You can keep trying to drown out the feelings inside of you…

Of course, you can!

It is your one life, after all…

You can settle if you want!

And you can even call it waiting on God if you like…

But really…

You are just waiting…

Waiting for everyone to agree with you!

Waiting for everyone to give you permission to be you…

Waiting to make the difference to the huge numbers of people you see in your mind’s eye…

Scared that you will go broke again…

As if that is the worst thing that could happen…

What of all the time you are now currently wasting, as you wait.

Time you will NEVER get back!

God/The Universe may replace all the years the locusts have eaten but you know what, you will still not get today back in the same way…

And if you do not start waking up to the fact that you are called to more, nothing will be restored…

You cannot give back something that the person you are giving it to, refuses to receive because they are trying so hard to keep upi the status quo.

Surely it is enough!

Surely you are done with this nonsense!

Surely…

Fight for, deliberately design the life you are born to live!
