Anti-Aging
Why "Older Women" Are Smokin Hot! And How You Can Be Too.
By Ann Havelock

First and most important is "Do Not Compare Yourself to Others"!
1. We are all uniquely different yet we hesitate to embrace our own style. We want to blend in, not stand out. We conform to Society's idea of being accepted by the status quo. Break out of your comfort zone and try on yourself for a change!

Learn how to "think" outside your comfort zone!
2. Think Positive! Change your attitude and perception of aging. Aging positive is a mental attitude that sets us apart from the normal dread of aging. Live for today and look forward to tomorrow without regretting yesterday. We CAN learn to think we will live to be a hundred and still be healthy, energetic and full of life!

Start exercising regularly and "Make It a Daily Habit"
3. Take care of ourselves first! For women, this is hard because it is our nature to nurture others. The airlines prove different. Before each flight the attendant demonstrates the oxygen mask goes on you first; otherwise you could die while trying to help someone else because you didn't put your mask on. This analogy applies in every day life, if we take care of us first, we will be healthy and fit to be there for others who need us.

Update your hair and fashion style!
4. Take pride in your appearance! It is not about being vain. Looking your best helps build self-esteem while giving you self-confidence to be who you are. Love yourself by believing in yourself leads to others trusting you tremendously. Self-confidence helps us be healthier physically, mentally and emotionally.

Explore, Excel, add Excitement and Enthusiasm to your life!
5. Don't let age guide you in what you want to accomplish! You are "NEVER" too old to start a new life or whatever it is you would like to do. If you have a brain, USE it!
