Tips On Teaching Your Children The Law Of Attraction

One of the most precious 'gifts' you could ever give to your children is to teach them about the natural, powerful Law of Attraction. They will never learn about it in the school systems. What they learn in school is to get an education, find a job working for the 'man,' get married and have children, buy a house, work hard and long for the next 40 years or so, and then retire and try to enjoy life on a meager retirement income for a few years before they die. This scenario does not produce abundant, prosperous, joyful, happy lives. It can produce a shaky 'secure' life, but not a life of continuous unlimited growth and experience and abundance and happiness.

Most of our children will grow up letting the people, circumstances, events, and situations they encounter on a daily basis shape and create the type of life they end up living. They never learn how to use their thoughts, their feelings, and their actions in the correct, natural way to allow them to shape and create any life they want to live. They are never taught how to 'tap into' the unlimited abundance available to everyone on earth.

They don't realize that what they focus their attention on the most is what they are going to attract into their life. They never learn that they really can BE anyone they want to be, HAVE anything they want to have, and DO anything they want to do if they focus their thoughts, their feelings, and their actions on exactly what they want to create in their life.

Many teenagers run with the wrong crowd, and they are going to attract very negative and dangerous people into their world. The type of people we associate with the most are the type of people we will surely attract into our lives. We need to teach our teenagers the importance of who they associate with on a regular basis and what the results of these associations can be in their future. If you look at people who struggle financially you will notice their friends also struggle with money. People who are depressed attract other depressed people into their lives. At the same time, the friends of people who are wealthy are also very wealthy. People who own their own businesses are attracted to others who own businesses also.

We gravitate to people who think like us. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. It states that what you think about, how you feel emotionally, and what actions you take in your life will create the type of life you live. It makes perfect sense.

The great thing about this powerful natural Law of Living is that absolutely everyone has the inner power to use and apply this knowledge to their life and Be, Have, and Do anything they want. It doesn't matter what age you are, what the level of your education is, what color your skin is, what country you live in, how much money you now have, or what your background is. We can learn to shape and create any type of life we want by what we focus our attention on.

Even 10 year olds can learn about the Law of Attraction. If you talk to a class of children this age I guarantee they will know what 'negative vibes' are. They know negative vibes are not a good thing. Most of them are not consciously aware of when they are having negative vibes, but they can be taught to 'recognize' when they do and they can be taught how to 'eliminate' them instantly by 'flipping their switch' to good vibes (thoughts) instantly. You have to let them know this is a huge 'secret' of how they can always feel good and get what they want. Believe me, they will be very enthusiastic about learning this powerful information because at this age all they want to do is 'feel good' and 'get what they want.' And at the same time they will learn tremendously powerful techniques that can help them shape their future lives.

I have found that children are very receptive to the type of thinking applying the Law of Attraction requires. My 7 children and 14 grandchildren are very enthusiastic when I'm teaching them about the Laws of Living. Their minds are not 'cluttered' with all the 'chaos' that most adults live with daily. They can understand much more than we think they can. They can be taught about how their mind works and how to control it to get what they want.

They understand the simple principle of being able to live in the 'now.' When you ask them if they can go back in time and live where they were at and what they were doing 10 minutes ago they laugh and they know they can't do this. And when you tell them it's now 3pm and ask them if they can jump forward in time and live an hour ahead at 4pm they again laugh and completely understand they can't do this. They realize that they can only live in their 'now' and they learn the awareness and power of focusing on living only in their 'now.' This allows them to be free of any bad things in their past because they know it's over and done with, and helps them eliminate having any fears about their futures because they understand it's not here yet.

When it comes to money most children grow up ingraining negative feelings about it. They may hear Mom and Dad fighting about it. They may hear things such as "We don't have money for that video game," or the big one "Money doesn't grow on trees." These negative 'pictures' and 'words' and 'feelings' get ingrained into their sub-conscious minds and they grow up thinking money is bad because it causes bad feelings in their lives. Or if Mom and Dad struggle financially they form a 'lack mindset' about money and they end up struggling financially also because of the false fears and limiting beliefs that were planted in their minds at such a young age.

But when children are taught that having an abundance of money will allow them to help many other people, and animals, and good causes they form a different attitude about it. When they are taught that having lots of money will allow them to help people and animals and charities and do many good things, their eyes light up and they have good feelings about having a lot of money. When they are taught they can buy anything they want for themselves and, at the same time, help many other people by having a lot of money it instills a desire in them to create money in their lives. Teach your children that money is good. Teach them to love money because of the good it can do. When you instill these beliefs into your children they will believe having lots of money is good and their thoughts and feelings about it will instruct their sub-conscious minds to work to attract it to them in their future lives.

Young children are also great at understanding what gratitude is. They don't have all the worries that adults have and they are happy with the simple things in their lives such as a warm, safe place to live, nice clothes to wear, food to eat, and people who love them. While most adults take all of these things for granted and never take the time to realize how much they have in their lives to be grateful for, children appreciate these simple things much more. And when we take the time to point these things out to our children, and talk to them about being grateful for what the family has, they understand how fortunate they are.

Take some time and help them make a written list and write down every single thing they have in their life to be grateful for. Have them start with the big things such as a home to live in, a car to get them to school, warm clothes to wear, and family and friends. Have them list all their games and toys. Have the include their shoes, sports equipment, and electronics. List any pets. Have them look around their room and write down everything in it including the lamps that give them light, the heater that keeps them warm, etc. Have them write down everything they have no matter how small. Once they have this list finished their eyes will light up and they will be totally amazed at all the good things they have in their life to be grateful for. Since they probably never thought about this before it is a powerful lesson for them.

Making this list will help them realize how lucky they are and teach them the importance of being grateful for what they have. Let them know about less fortunate children in the world. Tell them that when they understand what it means to be grateful for what they now have, more things will to come into their life to be grateful for.

Talk to your children about the 'magic' of giving also. If they have clothes, or toys, or games that they no longer use ask them if they would be willing to donate them to a charity or Goodwill agency that will allow an less fortunate child to enjoy them. Have them go with you when you donate these items so they get the 'feeling' of giving. When your child gives to the less fortunate it will trigger an emotional response in them and their heart will grow a little bigger. Make sure they give with no conditions. Let them know the only way to give is to expect nothing in return. Tell them that when they give from the heart they open 'magical doors' that will bring them more to give. This will add to their character. Help them understand that when they give to others more things will come into their life to replace what they gave away.

Attempt to identify what your children are passionate about. Identify what they are talented at doing. This will usually involve their hobbies, skills, or interests. Encourage them to pursue these passions. Allow them the time to increase their knowledge and skills. Help them financially. If they are good at a sport spend the money to send them to camps to improve their skills. If they love playing a musical instrument get them lessons to hone their skills. If they are good at computer games let them know that perhaps one day they will create these games for others. Whatever they are passionate about encourage and help them to pursue it. You will be helping them create an abundant, prosperous, joyful life of their dreams in their future. Attempt to help them pursue creating a 'life' for themselves, not a job. When they end up making their living doing what they love they never have to 'work' a day in their lives. They create a 'life' doing what they love to do and the money automatically flows to them forever. They will become 'experts' at what they love to do and they will contribute to the world by helping others with their skills and knowledge.

Talk to your children about how important their thoughts are. Help them to understand that what they think about the most is what they will 'magically' bring into their life. Let them know that if they love animals and want to help them and they focus their thoughts, feelings, and actions on helping animals they may one day own an animal rescue facility or be an animal doctor. If they love skateboarding and focus their thoughts, feelings, and actions on being a great skateboarder they could end up being a famous expert someday. If they love playing soccer and focus their thoughts, feelings, and actions on being a great soccer player they can one day make their living as a professional player.

All these goals may end up changing over time as your children grow up, but the important thing is you're teaching them to focus their attention and feelings on what they are passionate about. These lessons will form the basis of how they live their lives when they are grown. They will have a 'model' to follow to get what they truly want in life. They won't have to live a life that is dictated by the people, events, circumstances, and situations around them. They will know they can shape and create the life they want to live by focusing their attention and emotions and actions on their desires. They will be more 'aware' of how to control their lives and more 'conscious' of their own ability to follow the path that is right for them.
